"CSU features one of the top graduate programs in the country, with passionate faculty who are always available to discuss research with the students. The location just miles from the Rocky Mountains is a huge added bonus!"

"The schools holds very high standards for its students to ensure the quality of the degree you earn. For example, I am pursuing licensure concurrently in order to meet the requirements of graduating with a Masters of Music Ed."

"OK diversity of classes, great camps and classrooms are good, very little guidance for those who are not doing research"

"Applying to Colorado State University was very competitive, but I am so thankful every day that I have chosen this school to receive my Master's degree. The campus and surrounding area is beautiful, and the staff and faculty so far have been extremely helpful with anything I need! My only issue right now is acquiring financial aid to pay for my specific program. All in all, CSU is an amazing school with a great community, and a perfect place for further learning!"

"The program is still developing, therefore it is not quite competitive with other major political science programs in the country. However, the faculty are top notch and within a few years I'm sure its reputation will continue to increase as a competitive program."

"Colorado State University's Pr0fessional MBA Program has amazing support from the advisors, instructors, and tech support. As a distance student on a very different time zone (over 12 hours), they have been very helpful with quick and thorough responses."

"Great courses and instructors. Facilities could use improvement, and much much construction/change will occur in the near future."

"Our program offers Ph.D. students funding and a tuition waver, which is wonderful. The students are very collaborative and supportive, as it is a non-competitive program. The coursework is interesting, relevant and challenging. I do wish our program offered more technological perks (e.g., SPSS, EndNote), as well as more paid applied opportunities, particularly over the summer. The surrounding area, Fort Collins, provides enough culture to satisfy all my city needs (e.g., music, dining, fitness), and the surrounding Rockies are beautiful. There is a lack of diversity in this part of the country, however."

"The CSU graduate program operates in a way that gives grad students much freedom in choosing their research and class subjects. Due to this freedom, it is easy to find something you are interested in. In addition, they have one of the leading research groups in alternative fuel vehicles which looks towards the future and working on ways to find solutions to lessening the petroleum demand in the US. The only problem at CSU is that many of the projects work on little funding making it more difficult to complete them. However, as a student, this problem allows us to become more resourceful as engineers."

"There are very few career options for my graduate degree. This is not told to you up front. I feel that CSU just sees it as a money making venture."

"CSU isn't culturally diverse. Growing up in a big city and different culture makes it pretty hard adjusting to living in Fort Collins. The culture shock has negatively impacted on my mind. However the quality of research based teaching is very inspiring and leaves me looking forward to replicating the same thing as a future professor."

"While it can be quite a bit of work to get through this program, you know you are getting out of it what you put into it. Put in the effort, and you will be rewarded with fantastic references from very respected professors and researchers."

"Not many hands-on activities until your junior and senior years. The class sizes are large, so you don't really get to know the clinical professors until your third and fourth years."

"CSU is a very large and diverse community of students. Library and reference services are very extensive. Faculty are very insightful and helpful when they are not traveling for many international conferences and collaborations and lectures. Many of the sciences programs have national and world leaders in the field. It is an exciting place to be for graduate school."
