"The overall professors are great in this program. The issue boils down to their financial aid department. All I have to conclude about this is never take their word for handling your loans. During my last term this school all of a sudden came up with finding issues and discrepancies with in my credits due to my specialization program. They knew this the whole 3 years. Come final term they stick an (UNEXPECTED BALANCE) on me that was supposed to be covered under a school loan program that I signed documentation for to make sure this very thing does not happen. Some one added the credits up wrong and they decided to hold my Diploma and Original Transcripts until paid in full, despite when I did my part signing their contract to pay them but now dropping an extra BALANCED due that should have been covered with proper student account knowledge. I am unhappy with this school, and unfortunately others have written such reviews with these UNEXPECTED CHARGES. Be careful with this school your JUST A BUSINESS TRANSACTION! Especially when they do not get their money when they screwed up."

"The majority of instructors provide a wealth of knowledge and are accessibile for further discussion. A challenge in truly preparing students for the field of practice is providing a realistic understanding of the Economics of Human Services. Economics is the FOUNDATION of all existing business models--both for profit and nonprofit, yet no preparation is provided for students entering the field of Human Services. Library access should be expanded as more recent articles were often behind paywalls or simply absent from library searches in general."

"Online courses, regardless of the institution, will always require the student to do the heavy lifting - no exception here. You will have to take ownership of your time and effort to receive a quality experience. Every professor that I had, with maybe one exception, was helpful and made thoughtful comments on discussion posts and provided helpful feedback on assignments. You will write papers - tons and tons of papers, which require a deeper understanding of the topics than could be gained from cramming for a test. It's not for everyone, but I can honestly say that the class format and schedule at CSU Global made it infinitely easier to keep track of assignments compared to the online courses I'd taken at another campus. I will say that I found a few dead links for recommended reading in the course materials, which is disappointing, but if you can't take the initiative to search the school's library database for another source...you may not be cut out for online learning."

"CSU Global is a great school! I finished my BS in Human Services earlier this month. The Professors are knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. My Student Adviser answered any questions that I had and returned my calls in a timely manner. The curriculum was very challenging and they had help available if you needed it. I've never had any issues with financial aid. The tuition is very affordable and, since I've been attending, has never increased. If you want a quality education for a great price then CSU Global should be your choice."

"If you believe in a holistic approach, then this is the best school for you. I have extremely enjoyed learning here because it never put any strain on me; I tremendously enjoyed my studies here. Since I do not like timed tests, I really enjoyed tests and finals because all it required was the reflection of what I had learned through writing. The teachers, advisers, librarians are so helpful. However, do not expect to skip learning and then enjoy the environment. Everything is good only when the input is good or else you can simply say when you are willing to learn, then everything is great. There was not a single moment when I ever regretted of making this choice. So, I would definitely recommend this school. One thing to consider is that if you are not working and looking out for your university to provide resources for your hiring then this university does not offer that at all."
