"I never experienced online learning prior to attending this institution. After attending this institution, I would recommend it to anyone seeking higher education and recommend CTU for their ease of understanding, process, and excellent technical support. From the beginning I was assured that I would finish what I started and graduate. That was my goal and I achieved it at CTU. No University saw me graduate but this one, which speaks volumes because I am not a foolish individual. Graduating with a Summa Cum Laude distinction took sacrifice and work, but it was done, and I know it could have been done at any other University, but it was done at Colorado Technical University. The professors were available to guide and instruct my peers and I through the process of completing each course. This University has taught me about my learning style and most importantly, how well I work under pressure. This was critical for me to know. Thank You CTU Staff and Faculty for helping me find the learner with me again."

"I attended CTU online through my employer-offered benefits. The program was terrific. I enjoyed almost all of my classes, the instructors, and the coursework. The last couple of years have set me on a path to do great things and a pursuit of knowledge uncommon in my workplace and among most of my friends. You can do anything you put your mind to. The staff and mentors at CTU put in the time to set you up for success. The path is laid before you, with courage you can take a step and are that much closer to the next adventure."

"CTU staff and faculty provided an outstanding doctoral experience. I can personally attest, the talented and experienced personnel of CTU significantly enhanced my learning experience in an online degree program. Additional, the CTU library staff and research services made the difference in achieving my doctoral research efforts. Job well done! #CTUDOCGRAD"

"I just graduated with my bachelor's and I am still enrolled at CTU now to get my master's. The only downside I would share is the price. CTU is very expensive and I have a large amount of student loans owed now. I wanted my degree so I did it despite the cost. I think it is something that could use some reviewing however in the future. Staff and faculty have all been great in all my experiences with them so that goes a long way to know someone is willing to help you and talk to you. I am happy with my education and degree earned and the one I am currently working on now."

"Nearly 100% on all assignments even when skimping on The admissions crew is unable to export content and/or give me access to a class closed down, so I could gather more notes. These are simple tasks that require basic but seem to be outside the box and unable to serve the education requests of their students. Admissions rep missing meeting unannounced and gave incorrect due date information for pr-req's."

"I am a VRRAP program Veteran. I have nothing but trouble with getting "stipends" due to me from this school. I have had to call the financial aid dept. and haggle with them at each disbursement period ( thats when you can find out when that even is) and just this last time 8/31/2022, they did not give me my money at all. The fed deposited the money on 8/17/2022, the financial aid staff claims they didn't get the deposit until 8/20/2022. They also regularly tell you that it takes two weeks to process the payout. Well the payout got to take longer and now I didn't get one. They always have an excuse for the unprofessionalism in this matter. The Veterans Administration pays them my tuition fees, they KNOW this, but always claim because I get VRRAP it somehow sends my file into a vortex of ignorance. The FAFSA is an entirely different animal than VRRAP so I don't buy the excuse for not giving me my money. I am constantly late on bills now since I started at this school. I am virtually always on the edge of eviction when I can't discern when I will get any money ( the intended use of the money is ironically to pay said bills so I can do my studies). I suffer from PTSD so this situation has me in a constant state of high stress. It is damaging. I pay high late fees almost every bill cycle now on top of it. They absolutely refuse to be transparent about an accurate date when stipends are payed out, it is completely inconsistent. They are a seemingly very greedy institution that treats VRRAP veterans like potential deadbeats and I am not good with that. They claim they "hold your financial loans and Pell money against your tuition" so this is how you get slow walked at payout time. I have been pretty much told because I am a VRRAP Veteran that I am on the second class student status. The VA has paid them $13,000 in one chunk already and I am not halfway thru yet. They pay them again at the halfway mark and then when I am done. They know this but infer that the VA isn't going to pay them. All this worry about their money but about 5 percent concern with the Veteran getting monies due. This is not an isolated incident as I have noted in recent BBB and Consumer reports. And so nobody can say I am lacking on my end in any way I would add that I am a straight 'A' student with a 4.0 grade average. I have been on their presidents list consistently now. Unfortunately for me, I may have to quit after all the time, money and hard work invested into this because I have to find a dead end job to survive. The whole purpose of this VRRAP was to stifle this problem while quietly in the background this situation is actively being caused to become overwhelmingly worse by the unprofessional actions of their school finance system. The sad part is there is no reason for this. Everybody is GETTING PAID everyone but ME of course. If anything, I hope that if this entry does not get them to fix this quagmire, that at least other Veterans may see this and decide to attend a school elsewhere. On an up note, the Instructors at CTU appear to be great people who bend over backwards to help their students and go above and beyond to motivate students to get the best scores and learn the curriculum as possible. My problem isn't with the teachers, it's with the bean counters. Thank you for your time."

"Hello everyone, My overall experience at CTU has been great. I started my journey at CTU in 2018 when I lost my spouse. I was going through a series of loneliness and depression and at that point colleagues of mine mentioned joining school through the services provided by my work. I was skeptical but at the same time, I always wanted to go back to school to further my education. Due to my family circumstances and financial situation, I did not get the opportunity to go back to school. To get out of depression, I finally made up my mind to go back to school. Since I was away from school for so long, I was not sure what I want I wanted to major in, therefore, I decided to stick with the medical field. The coaches at CTU made the transition so easy for me and guided me throughout my journey. As a result of it, I was able to finish my bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management with honors. This has given me the courage to consider going back to get my masters degree. I have registered myself to come and join in person to celebrate the big achievement on July 24th but I am not sure I will be able to due to the financial difficulties. My dream is to come and be with my fellow graduates to celebrate. I am asking CTU to help me any way possible to come for in-person graduation ceremony with my two daughters. I will be ever so thankful and grateful to the CTU staff and faculty. Finally, I am really grateful to all of my instructors and students that assisted me in learning and growing, as well as making this dream a reality. Sincerely, Purnima Dean"

"CTU is an very good school with the essentials to succeed. I'm an early grad (1995) and I can say the Profs and small student:teacher ratio was a godsend from the 50+:1 ratio I got a a large university. I recommend and would attend again in a heartbeat"

"This school was everything I needed and I will always be grateful I was able to get my BSN in nursing with CTU. There are so many bad reviews I hesitated and looked into many other schools before just deciding to use CTU and I never looked back or regretted it, not for one minute. I know 100% that I would have never gotten my Bachelors if it was not for CTU. I used my Associates degree, my RN license, my nursing experience and a few classes I'd taken to get enough credits to graduate in 10 months which to me was the shortest BSN I'd ever heard of. I recommend CTU to everyone. No school is perfect, no staff is perfect and no this is not like other prestigious colleges you'd find out there but it was everything I needed and gave me my BSN. I am now currently enrolling in the Masters in Nursing in Education after deciding against a Masters in NP. I am a mom, wife, and full-time RN, CTU works best for those like me!"

"I did enjoyed attending CTUOnline however being that the teachers use their own grading rubric its frustrating when one teacher does it one way and another teacher does it another way. I feel as though I was singled out by certain teachers which ultimately negatively impacted my overall grade. I was on the presidents list 6 consecutive times in a row and was failed by teachers however, when taking the same class with a different professor I excelled. If every teacher was held to the same grading scale I would recommend but being that they don't I can not in good conscience recommend CTU at this time."

"Colorado Technical University is a great School. If one follows the prescribed and defined methods and stays with the format, success is possible. The university's objective is to provide career-oriented education by teaching current applied education. The majority of the professor are real-world industry experts. They really have the passion to teach and serve the education domain. I would definitely recommend the university if one is willing to dedicate the time and money."

"This is a very hard university to keep up within the classes after attending. It is very hard to learn the online zoom chats along with many other newly structured testings to follow within the Masters and Doctorate levels. Although if you are wanting challenge then this is the place for you. If you like to work then this is the place for you too."

"This was the second best experience of my life. The first is giving birth to my daughter. From my first contact with the counselors to the instructors, my experience has been great. I had my challenges with online study and research but I learned to stay consistent with my studies. I learned a lot from my instructors, as well as how dedicated other student were as well. I had planned to attend the ceremony but with everything going on around us, I missed that opportunity. All the speaker at the graduation were excellent especially professor Berry she was the best and she gave a lot of encouragement and affirmation. CTU you are the best!!!!"

"CTU does not have instructors, financial aid advisors or other staff who are equipped to or interested in assisting students. If you are entirely self sufficient and have the patience to deal with ill prepared staff, you may find CTU is for you. But if you would like support, this is likely not the school for you."

"Colorado Technical University provided the flexibility and intellectual stimulation for me as a working adult to achieve the personal goal of attaining a doctoral degree. The breadth of experience, guidance, and knowledge of the instructors provided the foundations for personal and professional growth and helped me to complete my dissertation. As the only constructive criticism, I would like to point out that the last four classes related to the degree program were condensed and perhaps could be expanded to allow some flexibility to complete the course requirements. Completing the expectations and dissertation that led to fulfilling the requirements of the doctoral degree was one of the hardest challenges that I have ever overcome. My thanks to the faculty, staff, peer mentors, family and friends that guided me through the entire process. Cheers! MAGA"
