"Concordia University Chicago is an excellent college for anyone seeking a degree in education, psychology, and more. All schools are great since they are opened to be dedicated to prepare young adults for the future. However, Concordia offers smaller classroom sizes which was incredible for me. I was able to get the full attention I needed. Due to the small sizes, you get to know all the students in the classroom and be able to set up potential connections for the future. I was also able to develop strong ties with the educators as well which helped tremendously in gaining insights and valuable experience. The best thing about the university is the Early Childhood Center. Students are able to get a part time job so that they can gain experience with young children. I highly recommend doing this since working with young children actually prepares you with dealing with the older ones (yes even older children are still young children at mind and heart). You also get to see ideas for classroom management and instruction. Overall, Concordia University Chicago is an amazing place to get a degree. It has greatly helped me in my career and I appreciate it and any other school that is like that in developing young adults and preparing them to serve the community."

"Concordia has wonderful and passionate professors who enjoy interacting with their students. Concordia lacks in its housing, dining plans, and pricing. The fees that are charged for students don't add up to what you are receiving. The dorms are very tightly packed and untidy. The dining plans hardly accommodate to those with certain allergies or diets. The dining staff are extremely friendly but their food is overpriced and lacks the much needed diversity between healthy and fattening. The classes (when entering into your classes pertaining to your major) are informational but not extremely challenging. The small classes makes it easier to learn in a much more intimate setting."
