"I am a new student at Cuyahoga Community College. I like the classes; however they are not very effective because teachers have to teach slower for students that do not have good foundation in math or science. Sometimes, it is annoying to wait for the other students to pick up, but I am getting used it now."

"Cuyahoga Community College is well known in North East Ohio for having a few campuses throughout. But, I attended courses at the Metro Campus and it was one of the worst experiences I have had while I was transferring from different schools. Teachers try hard but students do not want to follow. So, teachers cant really do anything about it."

"I think that in Cuyahoga Community Colleges have influenced a great deal of people. I attended Tri-C as a PSEOP student and it was the best decision I ever made in high school. I was treated like a child and I was challenged. Most of the instructors I had I really felt like they cared about how well I did on tests and things of that nature."

"I highly recommend Cuyahoga Community College! I started going to Tri-C my senior year of high school, participating in the Post-Secondary option (getting college credit, for free, in high school). Once graduating high school I started towards my Associates Degree in Hospitality Management. They had recently opened up the HMC (Hospitality Management Center) on Euclid Ave. in Downtown Cleveland. This was a GREAT idea on Tri-C's behalf! I absolutely LOVED going downtown and taking courses, and having free parking. My teachers were awesome and had a lot of hands on experience in the industry that they relayed back to the classroom. We went on many field trips to restaurants and hotels to see "behind the scenes". My counselors kept me on track the entire time, making sure I got into every class I needed to during each semester. I graduated in December of 2013 with my Associates in Business -Hospitality Management (specifically in lodging and tourism). Two days after I walked across the stage, I was offered a job as a Front Office Manager at a Hampton Inn. I am now the Assistant GM of the hotel- working towards the GM position! I am also finishing up my bachelors online through Columbia Southern University -- which ALL my Cuyahoga Community College credits transfer too! I could not say enough how much Tri-C has helped me with my career. Between the staff and my wonderful classmates I enjoyed everyday of class. The classes are still moderate with the difficulty level, but they are very flexible and understanding when it comes to students that have full time jobs. Good Luck to all the future students at Cuyahoga Community College!!"
