Degree: Nursing
Graduation Year: 2019

This school claims to gear around adult learning, yet they basically forced me to quit my shop because of the ridiculous schedule they assign students. I had to beg and cry to have them change it, they didn't. They said it was my responsibility to convince someone to switch with me. I do not agree with the scheduling protocol and how everything is put through a random generator (I don't believe that) I am pretty sure they choose which students get the better schedule according to who they favor. The entire faculty is unprepared. I made a mistake making the choice to commit to Davenport. Every semester feels like they are setting us up for failure. I would NEVER recommend anyone to this school.

Davenport University is a great school with a focused curriculum. Please note that the programs here focus on health, business and technology degrees. If these are something you plan to pursue, this is the place for you. With an ever increasing curriculum, you are now able to get an associates degree all the way to a doctorate, depending on your course of study. If you are looking for a educationally focused campus, this is for you.

Degree: Business Administration
Graduation Year: 2015

Credits don't transfer to legit universities toward either their Bachelor's or Master's programs. If you plan to go on for a Master's degree chances are you will need to stay at Davenport. Check whether credits transfer to state universities before enrolling.

Great program that I could go at my own pace with online classes and apply what I learned to my current position.

Degree: Marketing
Graduation Year: 2012

It's a small business school, so the class sizes are 10-30 students as opposed to 300+ students found in a class at a state school. This means more hands-on/one-on-one interaction with both your professors and your classmates. Davenport has a very focused business program and the required electives are related to you major and not just fluff classes.

Degree: Administrative Assistant and Secretarial Science, General
Graduation Year: 2010

I loved the options Davenport gave me. I was able to take most of my classes online but the classrooms that I was in were small so I was able to get time with the teacher. The online class software was easy to use and I was able to fit classtime in around work and family.
