Degree: Technology Management

I attended DeVry in Sherman Oaks, CA. I am a single mom, military vet, work full time and completed 3 courses every term in order to complete my bachelor's degree in half the time. I was able to complete the program with all A's and took both online& on campus. A few of my professors allowed my kid to sit in class with me because I didn't have a baby sitter, which I thought was awesome! Some of the courses were hard and some were easier than others. The professors were great, although a few weren't... Read More

DeVry University provides the instructors and the platform to learn. Their communication is excellent in my opinion. I make a point to talk to academic and finance weekly. If you are willing to read a lot, research a lot, write online almost daily, study daily then you will succeed. This school isnt going to spoon feed you, no school will. This school isnt a babysitter. It is our obligation to be informed and know what we are making a decision to do. I work full time with a family and additional... Read More

I started DeVry at the beginning of 2018 and I am planning to graduate in 2020 with my Bachelors. I have had an awesome experience so far with DeVry. The teachers are always willing to help, financial was well explained to me, and it's easy to get someone on the phone if I have a question. The flexibility this school offers me as a single mother is bar none! I love it!

I attended DeVry University in hopes that a Bachelor's degree will help me with my future career. This is not the case. I graduated in 2014 with a degree in Technical Management with a focus in Healthcare. I am currently working in a law firm instead as an intake specialist. I am no where near the position at which my degree pertains to and I have been applying everywhere just trying to get my foot in the door. Oh and don't forget that I am in debt for a degree that is doing me no good. DeVry University... Read More

To start, this is a for-profit institution that has shareholders. I first started in 2005 and graduated in 2008. My time there bad, because of the actual real life professional willing to teach for the pay they offer. If you think about it, it makes sense, why take a lower pay for crappier work. Because of this lack of teachers my professors would leave early, be late, or not show up resulting in a few semesters having to take my classes online. The thing when you take online courses, you are vulnerable... Read More

Worst program I have been in. I graduated from a junior college with 2 assoc degrees in 2 years and have been taking classed for 2.5 years here just to get a bach degree. You will NOT graduate faster. The classes can all be found on Google. You will find some good teachers but most don't care and don't have to do anything. One I had didn't have a clue what I was talking about when asked a question straight from their material. Outrageously priced. Academic advising has the highest turnover rate I... Read More

DeVry has been a great help. I was looking for a school with the family type of environment, and that's what DeVry U is. There for you when you need them, and tough love when you need it as well. I can truly say they have equipped, and prepared me to take the things I've learn, and I will be nothing but successful in the industry that my degree is in. I have learned soft skills that I feel other universities or colleges would've taken the time to teach you. I'm truly indebted to DeVry University.... Read More

So far the program has exceeded expectation. I'm being challenged and am making great strides in pursuit of my degree. I recommend DeVry constantly to co-workers and friends. It's definitely helping me get where I want to be, in the time I want to be there.
