"I am a 1994 BSEET grad from the Phoenix campus and I am a multiple 6 figure earner. My career has been dynamic and prosperous with a number of very challenging executive roles with some of the worlds premier companies and clients across many industries. An interesting demographic from my graduating class is that I am one of several who have performed at or above my current level and income. My undergraduate career spanned 11 years, included 7 different majors, while attending a series of 7 different colleges or universities. After selling my company I decided to change from studying Economics to Engineering. DeVry offered me the most direct and shortest path to completing a BS in Engineering. I transferred from a state university to DeVry. The program was challenging and the professors very knowledgeable and helpful. The direct degree program approach was much less cumbersome to navigate than the auditorium registration/multiple contingency course method that the traditional state and private schools I had attended. Online registration has dealt with much of this challenge though course availability remains a significant issue in traditional public and private universities. In my experience this is not an issue at DeVry. 90% of my graduating class received multiple offers of employment prior to graduation with high quality employers. As DeVry is a regionally accredited university I have never had an employer or client question the validity of my degree. In my experience and for working and very focused students DeVry is a very good option for completing studies towards an undergraduate degree."

"My overall experience with DeVry was acceptable for most part. Some of the communication between administration/finance was not what I would have expected. I was left in the dark when it came to applying for my graduation ceremony on when I should have applied. Some of the professors seemed to not be active as though they were just there to get a paycheck from DeVry and not really advance our learning. I have never wrote so many papers in my life so if you plan on taking an online based degree be aware you will be doing a ton of writing and reading on a weekly basis. For the individuals who are looking to use their Post 9/11 benefits and are still in the reserves DeVry will give you a lower rate of admission as long as you can prove you're still in the military IE: MyPay statement or contract reenlistment."

"I fell that DeVry was by far the worst school I have attended. All they care about is money. I was able to pass many classes with little to no effort. Some classes I completed without even opening the book. I also incurred a lot of hidden fees almost every semester. I would not recommend this school to anyone. I hope that all funding for the school is stopped and they are forced to close."

"I wouldn't waste your time or money. The curriculum is out-of-date, most classes need to be taken online. Most of the tests, exams and homework can easily be Googled. Did I mention that the curriculum is out-of-date. It's just an expensive degree that holds little value to most employers. Please don't waste your time or money."

"DeVry University in Fremont California, is the best! I really love DeVry University. The staff here is fantastic and so are the professors. Your education is what you make so stop all the DeVry bashing! It is your problem if you don't apply yourself"

"I have to admit I was skeptical of the education I would receive from accelerated online courses. Well those ideas were laid to rest my first session at DeVry. The Professors are amazing. Each Professor I have encountered has a real interest in the success of their students. They are really there to help you understand your course content. The content I am learning is right up there with any other college. Just because sessions are shorter does not mean there is less content or work it's all just done at a faster pace. If not for DeVry I fear I would be stuck in the same rut I had been trying to escape before I started my educational journey. The staff is also amazing each person I have talked to has been so helpful, supportive, and positive. The way they have set up the college you would feel as if you were their top priority. You never feel like just a number at DeVry."

"I was happy with the education I received. I transferred from a state college. The curriculum was very similar. They actually use the same textbooks. I heard that I should not go to a for profit school, but after completing I feel that most of the comments were posted by students that could not do the work or lack the ability to use knowledge. The classes worked out well. I work full time so needed something flexible. It was lots of work, but worth it. I also feel like some people don't understand that some teaches are good and some are bad, but it does not stop you from memorizing the textbook and that you can do your own research during class. This is actually a good trait in the working world."

"I had an excellent experience with DeVry! I took classes online for my Associates Degree in HIT. The professors were helpful and knowledgeable. Not only did I learn everything that I needed to be successful, at the end of my course I was set up with a on site practicum that offered me a job! DeVry also covered the cost of my RHIT exam because I scored high in my RHIT assessment class!"
