"Drexel's campus is easily accessible via public transportation. The school strives to create a diverse student body and the faculty is extremely knowledgable and helpful."

"Great school, great professors, and great environment. The school has a lot to offer and makes the most of current technology. The only down fall is a small part of the outside area is dangerous! But other than that the school does a good job at keeping the students safe, you don't even notice."

"In general a very positive experience at a great school. Very focused on providing a good environment for students to be successful, and this applies to all categories from faculty to the technology at the school. Having said that nothing comes across as truly outstanding, and the focus is more on academic success than personal success."

"Drexel has a fantastic faculty! Teachers take the time to get to know the students and are quick to help with any issue. Course materials are current and of the highest quality. The Drexel School of Education offers many Co-op programs that give students hands on access to the course material."

"Drexel is a great school but it is very expensive and my public health is so large that it's hard to get individual attention."

  • Degree: Physician Assistant
"The Drexel-Hahnemann Physician Assistant program is a highly demanding, but very rewarding program which pushes its students to their full capacity. Although it is a rigorous program that puts most of the responsibility for learning material on the student, most faculty members make themselves available for support at the drop of a hat. While I do think there are a few kinks in the progression of courses, I have to trust the Drexel system because they have put out so many amazing PAs, and continue to grow and adapt to the increasing demands and responsibilities taken on by the profession."

"Drexel's Doctorat of Physical Therapy program is a great size (graduating classes of about 50-60), a good tight network of professors with students, and in the heart of philadelphia. Cost of tuition with little help and teaching from financial aide offices make finances difficult."

"Although Drexel's Law program is not yet ranked quite as high as we would like, the value for the education and faculty is worth it. They are pretty generous with giving out financial aid, and the atmosphere on campus is incredibly supportive and friendly for a law school. Most students worry about finding a job in this market, but career services has been helpful with giving us the tools to succeed in this economy so far."

"I'm currently enrolled in Drexel University's Executive MBA program. It's a phenomenal program for anyone interested in entrepreneurship and leadership. It's a small class size and focuses on experiential learning, which I love. The great thing about this program for me is that I find it very empowering as a minority woman to go back to school and be a part of such an elite program. You learn a lot about yourself and your capabilities. I also have been very fortunate to have supportive administrators and encouraging classmates to make my experience extremely positive. The only downside for me is the high cost of tuition. Otherwise, I highly recommend anyone that is able to go back to school to do so as it takes you on the path to you achieve your life goals both professionally and personally."

"I am in the Publication Management program, focused on the Publishing Industry, a division of the Communication Department. I feel like the professors are extremely knowledgeable and well-known in their respective fields, except they are nearly impossible to contact. The advisor of my program is especially difficult to contact, which is frustrating. The expensiveness of the school should allow for more contact with advisors and better career outlooks."

"I love drexel! I just started here for the graduate program and the professors are so quick to help. They don't baby you. You are definitely an adult here. While the shuttles are helpful, it can be hard to get transportation if you live outside of the university city loop. I don't go out at night in surrounding areas outside of the campus, but the campus itself is super safe and their are escorts you can call. Overall Drexel is top notch and I am getting A+ education."

"Drexel is right next to University of Pennsylvania so students can leverage the social outings that UPenn has but Drexel itself does not have the same luxury. Since Drexel is in the city, public transportation is convenient and there are many dorms/on campus housing around Drexel but definitely could be better quality. Professors do range from good to bad so it will depend on your course and who the professor is but in general I feel my professors have been more or less above satisfactory."

"I learn Arts Administration at Drexel University, at the first sight the university city in Philadelphia is safe and interesting, and my advisor send me lots of information before I came to USA and offered several job opportunities before school open. Only two Chinese students in my major, total 18, so I think it is quite diverse. We also have DrexelOne on our smart phone, we can track our course and school news easily!"
