"I studied for the business administration: accounting bachelor's degree with the online campus. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at ECPI and was constantly challenged. I waited until graduation to give a review because I have seen so much negativity surrounding its viability to get a job. I got my first accounting job after applying to positions for about a month. Which is pretty normal since they wait for applicants to apply anyway. I had three interviews and got offers on all of them. I started work as a corporate staff accountant making 10k more than the national average. I don't care for working for a Big 4 firm, I want to be a controller at a private company with a master's and a CMA. I might get a CPA later on, but I have no interest in working for the B4 firms. If you want to work B4 OR you can wait to get a degree, I'd say go for a traditional, four year degree program. If you can't wait and want to go private industry, then ECPI might be worth it. As a veteran I am so thankful the education I got at ECPI 3 stars for financial aid because they mistakenly held back a Stipend of almost 10k for 6 months. Pretty lousy work, but it only happened once. I still have GI Bill to spare with the yellow ribbon program and scholarships."

"I am posting this review to save promising veteran students of wasting military benefit money. This school will purposefully fail you just a few classes away from graduating. This is done so you will have to pay out of pocket to retake the class. There is a hidden agenda to increase incentives for becoming a more profitable scam. The Veteran Affairs should investigate and prevent this unethical practice."

"If I can go back in time I will not attend ECPI University, some professors and advisers will help you to be successful, but others don't care and will fail you so you can repay for the same class again. If you have a lot going on in life, please stay away from this school because there is a higher chance that you will not get the help needed to be successful."

"I was extremely pleased with the quality of education received from this school. The Charleston, SC campus is well located and the staff does an excellent job supporting the students. There were never any issues with financial services that I experienced but I did hear some stories from others. One thing I was dissapointed about was they did not give me credit for any of the military training I received during my 20 year career. Instructors do a good job bringing experience from the commercial sector to class. If you put forth the effort you will do very well, the decision worked out great for me!"

"I just completed my Bachelors in Business Administration with a concentration in IT Management. Overall my experience was great. I learned so much while completing my program of study. This January I will be starting the Masters program. I was 100% online classes which I thought would be difficult, but my instructors took the time out to make sure they helped every step of the way. Classes were challenging, but what comes easy. During my second year of school, I was hired by ECPI as an Administrative Assistant. Within a year and right before Graduation I received a great promotion."
