"Ecpi financial aid department is horrible. I was told one day before graduation that I wouldn't be able to receive my diploma due to a remaining balance on my account. The sad part is three weeks before graduation I had to sign a loan form for a disbursement of $7,000 for one five week class. This college is a rip off and I wish I never attended this place."

"I enrolled at ECPI University with them informing me of a certain cost of the program and how long it would take. They then took 7 months to get me enrolled in classes, after I changed my whole work schedule and life around to make time for the classes. Then once I was enrolled and had attended 3 classes I found out that the money I was told initially only covered the first year. It would be an additional amount to continue the program. It would amount of $35,000 for an ASSOCIATES degree. After realizing this they said they had made a mistake on my tuition and over charged me but that I had been misinformed and it would be an additional $12,000. I was not willing to spend this for an associates degree. Had they been more clear in the beginning I never would've wasted any money with this school to begin with. I had heard numerous BAD things about the university but figured it couldn't be that bad. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! It is a horrible school, the teachers don't even have teaching degrees and they have no organization. The surgical tech program is to have a skIndaver (a fake body to practice procedures on), when I left the program they had yet to receive that skIndaver. They also have minimal contracts for clinical due to the program director having a bad relationship with all charge nurses in operating rooms around the area. PLEASE DO YOURSELF YOUR FAVOR AND ATTEND A DIFFERENT SCHOOL!!"
