"Attending Everglades University has been a wonderful experience for me. I have learned a lot and have made new friends. I would recommend this University to anyone looking to further their career path in the field of Alternative Medicine, Aviation Management, Construction Management and much more. The instructors are all very understanding and willing to work with the students. The Dean and the staff at EU Orlando campus are all very helpful and always in communication with the students. Their is genuine love for the student body population and they are always looking for feedback on news ways to improve the school and/or curriculum. In my opinion, Everglades University is an awesome place to be!!!"

"Everglades University Online gives me the opportunity to still work full time and attend my classes when convenient for my schedule. The professors are approachable when I find myself with questions or struggling with an assignment. The front lines of the school are amazing! Financial aid, advising, library and even the wonderful people who answer the phone are kind and knowledgeable. The staff really wants to see me succeed and to have them check in on me makes me feel like I matter and my future is important. I will forever be grateful!"

"**MILITARY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED** A LOT OF UNIVERSITIES TARGET MILITARY VETERANS!!!!!! Why? Because $$ cha-ching guaranteed payment for classes. Even if you have an A.A or A.S from a regionally accredited school, they will try to give you the bare minimum number of transfer credits. This tactic is used to keep you locked into a program and keep you for as long as possible to literally EAT UP YOUR ENTIRE GI BILL and then (Whisky Tango Foxtrot) its gone. Finished. You cant get it back. Yes, I am speaking from experience here. I am a veteran transfer student currently enrolled at the Sarasota Campus. When selecting ANY University as a veteran you have additional factors aside from the program you are interested in. Especially if you do NOT WANT TO WASTE YOUR GI BILL. My assessment to not fall victim to the money hungry predatory establishments involved direct questions such as: Are they accredited and if so, is it regional or national? Will my GI Bill cover the ENTIRE cost of tuition? Do they participate in the yellow ribbon program? How do they evaluate transfer credits and can my military training count towards my degree? Don't worry I'm not going to leave you hanging. Here are the details: -They are REGIONALLY accredited by The Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges. This is IMPORTANT because institutions that are regionally accredited are more widely accepted and this makes transferring credits much easier compared to Nationally accredited schools. -The cost of tuition and the Yellow Ribbon Program go hand in hand. The GI Bill will cover the cost of tuitionwith two common exceptions 1.) You want to attend a public college that is NOT in your home state or 2.) You are interested in attending a private college. Side note: The Yellow Ribbon Program is VOLUNTARY. Everglades University works with the VA to [make additional funds available for your education program WITHOUT an additional charge to your GI Bill entitlement]-->Here is a link with a complete list of all participating colleges in Florida and a general go-to if you would like more information. https://www.benefits.va.gov/gibill/yellow_ribbon/2018/states/fl.asp -In terms of credits for military training, Everglades and the ACE (American Council on Education) DO give credits based on your Joint Services Transcript. *I had credits from my JST directly count towards my degree requirements on my transfer credit evaluation. The overall transfer-ability is outstanding, and they genuinely care about your best interests. Everglades University DID NOT try to skimp out on my credits. On the contrary, they helped me figure out a plan of attack to complete my degree with what remained of my GI Bill. Even with a complete shift in my major when I enrolled and not enough months left on my Bill, they really put in work to make sure I could do it. This speaks volumes! Everglades University is personal, and they were not out to cash in on my benefits, but instead to set me up for success. That set-up for success comes from EVERY faculty member on campus. Across the board from The Dean, professors, student services, Financial Aid, advising, the bookstore etc.--everyone has shown through their ACTIONS that they care. Everyone here is willing to put forth their time, energy and go out of their way without hesitation to support students. Everglades University is hands down the best educational decision I have made."

"I attended Everglades University for my bachelors in Alternative Medicine. Great school, everyone was very helpful. The professors were tough however fair. The classes were small so I was able to meet with my instructors more often than a traditional college."

"The reviews on here must be from staff because this school is a complete sham and the debt that I took out for a degree I cant use has ruined my financial life. Run as far as you can from this place and find a school that you can actually use your degree with."

"The staff at the Tampa campus is awesome! They go above and beyond to help you succeed. I knew I wanted to go into alternative medicine for a career and they did everything possible to make sure I stuck with it and got to where I wanted to be. The teachers were knowledge and all had experience in the actual field they were teaching. Couldn't recommend than more!!!"

"My years in Everglades University were challenging but had a great experience. If it was for my financial aid advisor, Gary Phillipee, I would not have made through the four years of college. His last expression to me was to go for my masters so that my kids will achieve higher education then me. Im going to talk that statement into consideration. Thank you Mr. Gary for putting up with me."
