Degree: Alternative and Complementary Medicine and Medical Systems, General
Graduation Year: 2017

The Alternative Medicine degree at Everglades University was amazing! My Bachelors degree has enabled me to advance my career and also has personally improved my health and wellness. The faculty members were amazing and the overall experience with the administration was excellent. Every faculty member was an expert in their area and also had real life experience they brought into the courses which made the classes very interesting! In addition the classmates I met along the way have become great friends and peers in my professional career. I would highly recommend this University and this degree to anyone interested in alternative medicine and health and wellness. I have nothing but great things to say about my experience!

I have had a great experience with this school. My classes were online and fast paced. I started a new class every month, but that did not make the classes any less effective. It made me have to work harder to make sure that i understood the subject. I appreciate the instructors for all the help throughout my time here.

The admissions staff and administration were NOT forthcoming and honest regarding expectations of employment following graduation. Please be aware that, if you are pursuing this degree, you WILL need further education (not available at Everglades) in order to secure a career in any part of this field. The best you could hope for with this degree alone is possibly an office assistant, or retail work in a vitamin store. Not what I wanted to waste my $45k on. Went laughably into debt on these student loans for a useless piece of paper, and got no placement assistance following graduation. Now have a career in a completely unrelated field, which I could have gotten into with a high school diploma alone. The instructors I had were knowledgeable, but again, they provided either 1) knowledge that I could have obtained from Wikipedia or 2) conspiracy theories posed as fact! It was completely insane how much of this degree program was unfounded quackery posed as science. Better yet, following graduation, we were asked to sign legal documentation promising that we would pursue legal action against the school to reimburse our tuition. That sounds like something an honest and legitimate university would do, right? Please seek another university. If you are looking to enter the alternative medicine field, get a specialty degree elsewhere so you can enter the workforce immediately. This will just be a waste of your time and money.

Let me just say that Everglades saved my life! I was super stressed working and going to traditional college, trying to handle four or five different courses a semester. I learn so much better with the setup offered by Everglades, and I am so grateful I found it. The faculty is awesome and genuinely concerned for the students. I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes to get in with someone. So convenient, and I have learned some amazing, cutting edge stuff.

Everglades University provided options that accommodated by work schedule so that I could pursue my degree. The program increased my knowledge and credentials in my field of work. The completion of my degree has created opportunities (increase in pay, promotions and multiple job offers).

I now have over 60000 worth of student loan debt and also some on a personal alternative loan because of the cost of tuition at this school. My degree is basically worthless and i feel the education i received was below par and i am not sure what i paid so much for. My experience here was not good.. i went though at least 4 academic advisors my instructors seem to have little to no real world knowledge about the alternative medicine job industry. I really feel i was bamboozled and hustled out of my education by a knock off college. I would not recommend maxing out your grant money maxing out your student loans on this diploma mill. Horrible all around.

Degree: MBA
Graduation Year: 2017

I attended Everglades University so I could get my MBA while still working. I loved the school! Great staff, faculty were attentive and the class sizes were small enough that I was always able to ask questions and work one on one with the instructor if needed. I attended graduation at the Boca Campus and my entire family got to meet not only the faculty members but also the President! It was a great experience. I would recommend Everglades University to other working adults trying to obtain their masters degree!

Degree: Aeronautics/Aviation/Aerospace Science and Technology, General
Graduation Year: 2017

I would first off like to thank Everglades University for giving me the opportunity to complete my goal of finally completing my bachelor's degree. After languishing at other schools for 6 years, this school gave me the direction and focus that I needed from day one, when it comes to knowing where I stand after every class, and how much further there is to go. One of the best parts of attending was the flexibility of the schedule, and how amenable the instructors are when it comes to conflicts that may come up. In addition, having to focus only on one (or two if you so choose) classes in a given month helped to narrow my focus, and get assignments and reading done in a timely manner. Then of course, there's the administrative staff, who are only one phone call or office visit away when it comes to helping students and their various needs. With that said, the overall experience was both positive and redeeming, and I have no reservations about making them my school of choice.

Degree: Energy Management and Systems Technology/Technician
Graduation Year: 2018

I have nothing but bad things to say about this school. If you want reliable academic advisors and people that are actually there to help you rather than collect your checks then this is absolutely not the school for you. Nearly every time you call asking to speak to your advisor they have left the school and you are set up with someone new who is unaware of the issues at hand. Not only this but you can be told one thing and then the next day you call back to check in and are told that was incorrect information. They mislead you in every way they possibly can in order to get more money out of you. When it comes to education it gets even worse. You might as well as just buy a bunch of college textbooks and read those because you will learn a whole lot more from that.
