"This school is all about getting you excited for the class, your degree. In reality they don't care about you. They only care about the money that goes into their pockets. Financial aid doesn't care, messed up my application and had me redo it, then i ask her is there any other grants I can apply for. I was told I have to look for them on my own. after I went onto my fafsa portal and seen that they took my Pell grant without my permission. The school expects you to out 30 to 40 of school before your life. money, job, house. I then ask to look for a job in the field I want to be in they ask me if I have a resume. First I'm coming here to ask you to help me look for a job in my field. Wasn't taken seriously enough like how they want you to take school seriously."

"Financial Aide Department ignores student request. After several emails and phones. I've received different answers from the same question. Don't know what's true and what's not. When I became persistent in my questions, I've since been ignored. If I could do it again, professors are good but FASFA is pretty bad"

"Don’t waste your money. I was told I was enrolled in school with the Purple Heart waiver program just to find that the school can’t accept it and that they had drained whatever was left in my GI bill account and Hoped to use my pell grant money after that ran out. I received a bill from the VA stating the school had accepted more than they were entitled to because they sucked that account dry, and now I’m paying the bill. They refuse to help me figure out the problem and have been avoiding me for months. This is not my first college experience; I have two prior degrees and only enrolled to help bolster up my marketability. I’m coming out with debt, no degree and a lot of headaches. Some of their staff will tell you that it’s a horrible school and that they know they’re doing wrong by their students. Even without the financial issues, the education is horrible. You’re pretty much on your own."

"I attended the school recommended by a family friend, I should’ve payed attention to the reviews and should’ve done some more research about the school, they gave me false information when I had the consultation, they made it seem like everything was going to be easy and simple. But even some of the classes were lacking. The degree that I received from them it’s basically useless. PLEASE RESEARCH BEFORE ATTENDING THIS SCHOOL."

"I really wish I had paid better attention to the poor reviews. After being told that after I graduated I would be assisted in finding employment for Medical Billing & Coding and make great money! I just wanted to better myself! WRONG! After graduated it was as though I didn't exist. I had to reach out to find who was suppose to be assisting me only to be sent links for jobs on indeed, like I hadn't applied to ALL of those! I was also told that I should not apply for Medical Billing & Coding jobs, but entry level..$10.00-$12.00 /hr jobs! THAT IS NOT WHAT SIGNED UP FOR! I was then offered the opportunity to further my education, giving me a better stance for employment by going back in for my associates degree. Are you kidding me?! Not only am I now in debt in student loans for a skill that I can't even find employment for but the calls don't stop! They keep calling me, even on my sons phone, trying to get me to sign up and go into even more debt. The student loan I now have to pay back is taking food off my table! Please beware of this "school" . Pay attention to the negative reviews."

"I graduated from this college in 2018 with a Criminal Justice degree. The people in the career service told me once I’m done they were going to help me get a job and send my resume to different law agencies and law firms, or help me get a paid internship. Well they lied to me because all they did was given me a job that had nothing to do with Criminal Justice and sent me on my way. It’s wrong to do that because you told me that you were going to help me and make sure that I was going to get a job but nope they just lied.Than like a week later they will call saying hello have you found a job yet and when you tell them no they will just sit there and say okay well best of luck to you and hang up. Maybe I should give the Department of Education a call because they lack the compassion for their students education and not just worry about the money!!"

"After graduation I was told I would not receive my degree in the school logo frame book because I was not able to attend my formal graduation. Poor service. I'm almost 100 percent sure I'm paying for that book in my tuition. Shame on you FTC. Dirty and dishonest."

"Awesome school works around my busy schedule! It was hard for me at first to go to school because of my busy schedule of two jobs . But the school helped me find hours perfectly for me to be able to do all three with no issues . They give the best environment for learning"

"IN reviewing financial status regarding loan information - I give FTC a BIG ZERO!!!!!! They had me owing $10,000 and wouldn't explain where this was coming from. I had no idea about the load information because they did not give me that to me, nor increase in tuition nor the fact that there is a $50/class technology fee. They SUX at communication. I did not continue due to their unprofessional conduct of communication. I paid almost $1900/class for an Associates' which is RIDICULOUS!!!!!! BEWARE. Check your contract and don't sign anything without knowing otherwise come graduation they've got you by the "balls" and you're stuck with a large loan amount. NEVER again."

"After being out of school for almost 20 years. I can't believe I'm back but from the beginning with my initial sign up to get back in school everyone made it very easy. After my first month I did want to quite but with the emails I get from the admissions staff from our program director and even from the professors help encourage me everyday to come back. Now that I am half way there I want to see it to the end and I thank all the amazing staff and AMAZING new friends that I also gained."

"I really enjoyed my time at FTC College Orlando. The professors there are really helpful and patient and are always there when you need them. My teachers were always responsive in a timely manner, no matter if it came to turning in homework or if I had questions with my financial aid. They make sure you're always feeling important and don't leave you left in the dry. I would recommend this school to any of my friends and family and i'm glad my aunt and my cousin told me to come here because they also graduated from FTC Orlando."

"I did My bachelors degree program at the school. And two of my main classes they did not offer me which is business law and business communication. I cannot find a job nowhere when I do interview companies ask me how could they not give you two of the most important classes that have to do with business. Im so pissed I feel Rob use taking advantage of thats the worst school I ever attended. I have loans to pay back and no job offer to pay back my loans meanwhile they pocket all my money and I still cant find a job."

"Would not ever recommend this school. Initially, the staff and professors were amazing- bottom line you are going to repay a loan for many years to come with nothing to back up your education with - because it will not be recognized by companies in the community. You get LIED to all the time and pacified and discarded and ignored."

"I attended the Master Barber program at FTC in DeLand, FL. My instructor was Mr. S. I'm a retired veteran and have attended school most of my career in the military. Mr. S. connected with us as the students on a personal level and made us feel like his friend instead of the usual teacher/student relationship. I felt more comfortable around him and this made it easier to learn and ask for help when I needed it. He taught the curriculum in a way that helped us all understand it at different levels (no matter what level of education we had). I've only been out of school for about a year but am already a owner of a shop and thanks to him I learned the necessities necessary to be a Master Barber and owner of a shop who passed his state inspection of my shop with no write-ups or incidents. I truly appreciate his guidance, friendship, mentorship, and realistic points of view and conversation. He still to this day keeps in touch with me to check on me and see how I am doing. On a side note, I had never cut hair before attending school so I am truly thankful for him because he taught me the necessary skills to make it on my own."

"I attended FTC in Kissimmee.I graduated the cosmetology program.I would never recommend this school. The professors are disorganized. They constantly lost the students' paperwork. If they didn't like a subject, we were told to teach ourselves. Many days were spent listening to the professors discuss unrelated topics. The professors were constantly late from breaks. Now that I am a hairstylist, I'm discovering most of what I was taught is wrong. If the professor didn't know how to do something or was disinterested, they asked another student to teach the class. The professors talked negatively about other faculty and students.Students in my class had to transfer to another school because they couldn't understand Spanish, and all of the professors taught their lessons in spanish. If we were absent from class, the professors insisted we provide a reason.I truly regret coming here."

"I have went to this college and it has be great the half of the time that I was there. They were supportive and helpful in letting you succeed until they just did not want to have anything to do with you at the end. The career services sent me to two medical sites to do my externship and I have learned nothing. Those sites were only wanting to do the work that they wanted to do and not help you learn anything about their system. I should have spoke up, but I was lost to begin with and everyone doing their jobs that I felt that I shouldn't bother them. Think thoroughly before attending this college and if you do, keep on going until the end. If you keep withdrawing from classes, then they don't want nothing to do with you."

"I have done very well after graduating from FTC, but this is the exception, not the norm. Most of my classmates have either disappeared or do not work in the field (Medical Coding). I did not find the career assistance to be helpful even in the slightest. I did not receive one referral, interview or even a lead from career assistance. When you graduate from here you are on your own. I also had one instructor who was clearly out of her depth on the subject of health insurance. Having been in the field for over four years now, I am still irritated at the complete lack of guidance on one of the most important aspects of medical billing and coding. But the one thing that really demonstrates exactly how much FTC cares about you, the item that identifies exactly where you as alumni stand, is that I get calls about three times a year asking me if I am interested in attending their Medical Billing and Coding Program. I must tell the poor telemarketing sap that I graduated from the course. Really disheartening to get those calls. That being said, if you are considering medical coding as a career I urge you to pursue it and get your CPC or CCS certification. The field is expanding and opportunities abound!"

"The online program is easy and informative with most of the instructors/professors being very good with outstanding knowledge. Now the staff for this school is a complete different story! The Orlando Campus is one of the worst school staff I could imagine for online students. FASFA payments are never delivered to the student nearly on time, you can NEVER make contact with anybody at the school TO INCLUDE the Dean and the "open door policy". The only way I was able to get anything done administratively at this school was to make a complaint through the VA which forced a response from them. They are horrible to get any transcript or information after leaving the school, this school is a hands down nightmare and I would highly recommend not even looking in their direction, go across the street to Kaplan College."
