"I recently graduated from the RN-BSN program, and have to say it was a very challenging course. The instructors were helpful and always answered questions on time and I had one even call me instead of answering online because it would be easier to answer my question. My advisor was always helpful and I had no problems from course beginning to end and either did two friends are attended along with me. The actual program was very challenging with all of us learning much about the nursing profession on a higher level. I had a friend attend WGU at the same time and the difference between my capstone and hers was interesting. Our references could be no more than 5 years old and had to be peer reviewed nor do they have to go through a plagiarism site. Her BSN capstone was 10 pages long with references up to 10 years old. Everyone who does research knows that reputable research is can only be 5 years max. My BSN capstone was 36 pages long with 18 research articles. A friend who went through a state university doesn't even have to turn her papers into a plagiarism site and her references can be much older than five years. GCU has a strict plagiarism policy and all papers must be submitted. People here have complained of Loudcloud (LC) being problematic. None of us ever had issues. The forum is easy to use and works quickly. You can format, change font and it even has a spell check. LC worked just fine for the nursing program."

"I'm glad I didn't read these reviews before I started the RN to BSN program at GCU. I started the program 9 months ago and am finishing this week. I took 10 classes, some of which I overlapped towards the end. I liked most of the instructors and really disliked one instructor. She was condescending and officious. Pretty much the same experience I had when attending a state university in person. You're not going to like everyone. I moved through quickly and never had a problem speaking with my educational advisor. He returned my calls within 24 hours every, single time. I don't have one complaint. I never could have done this program, in person, while working, and raising a family. Five RN's in my ED have already completed the program and two are starting this month. I haven't heard one complaint."
