"Grand View University provided me with the knowledge needed to continue my education. This I got from learning about policies influencing health, biostatistics important with population health studies. I was also able to participate in clinical in one of the local hospitals, at which I procured my first job. Though while studying here is expensive it did create a platform for me to be a successful nurse, and graduate student. I would hope in the future better grants and scholarships were made available to those who choose to go here to study. My professors were hands on and were able to identify areas that I needed improvements. Through my study plan I was able to take the NCLEX once and passed and began my journey as a nurse in the emergency department right out of college."

From the faculty to the staff and advisors, every one that I worked with was truly dedicated to my personal goals and vision. From engaging discussion in small classes to personal and academic reflections, there is a true passion for facilitating growth, both personally and professionally, in the students."

"Grand View is small and offers small class sizes, which is nice because there is much opportunity for one-on-one with professors. Unfortunately, I would not recommend the college due their inadequate department heads. As a student that is paying quite a lot of money for my degree, I expected a quality education. Instead, I had to teach myself many subjects because they weren't being taught or taught wrong."

"This is a fairly new program and they are still balancing the line between accepting everyone and having a quality, competitive graduate program. They still have some work to do and areas to improve."

"Grand View University was a good program for me at the time. I went from being a substitute to a full-time teacher during my time there, along with getting married, and other complications, and the faculty helped me to manage my time and assignments. I really enjoyed 90% of my classes, and most of the information and assignments were relevant to my career."

"Grand View's Master's program in Innovative Leadership/Organizational Leadership is rigorous and competitive with programs from other similar area schools. The classes are engaging and challenging, as well as easily applicable to real-world situations and development. The work load is challenging enough to make students feel that they are really getting something out of these courses. Faculty are easy to reach via e-mail, although some do not fully utilize the university's online "Blackboard' system for class information. Overall, it is a high-quality program."
