"I graduated from Grantham in January of 2013. In October of 2016 I enrolled at American Intercontinental University for my MBA which is a regionally accredited university and will graduate August of this year. And, I am enrolled to start Capella university in October of this year for my DBA. I hear the knock on online university's and how they are a for profit entity and all they want is your money. Well what do you think the major university's are. Before I attended Grantham the year before I attended a major university. While there I worked from 11pm to 6am and I am living proof that all of these schools are the same. To them you are just a number or ssn. While there I was pursuing my degree in software engineering. If you had an issue in class the instructor would tell you to go see the tutors in the either Math or English lab. Problem with that was most of them did not speak good English and if you wanted help from the instructor they would tell you I have 90 to 120 students per class and don't have time to deal with your one problem. Then if you had an assignment that was due but, you had to work or something came up and you needed a little extra time to turn it in SO SAD TOO BAD!!!!!!!! You were told you should have planned better because you knew the due date of the assignment ahead of time. These online schools are there for your convenience. If you don't do your research to know what school best fits you then you will have a bad experience. If you are not self-motivating then you will have bad grades. After being in both systems I say it's up to the individual as to what is important to them. And for all of the for profit stuff. Before I could get my degree conferred with Grantham I had to pay my previous school $4200 dollars for the last semester because 1) I had a student loan and 2) I transferred before the end of the semester. So who is after money. YEAH RIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And if you are keeping up with the industry standards go and get a certificate along with your degree. That is where the money is at now"

"Amazing program that is 100% accredited by ABET. Grantham is 1 of a few ABET online accredited programs and is easily one of the best bang for your buck schools. For those who don't know, ABET is a huge deal for Engineering programs that almost every engineering job requires. Do not spend time at any school that doesn't have this. They do an awesome job creating an online environment where you really feel like you know your classmates. Interaction with classmates is a strict requirement and you will not pass without initiating in conversations as a group. I'm very impressed and I would recommend to anyone."

"Although I wish the accredadation was ranked higher, as a full time employee with a family to feed, Grantham was a great fit for my professional schedule. The class material and professor input were both challenging and rewarding. Should I decide to work on my graduate degree at another university most to all my credits will transfer. Keep that in mind when choosing the best distance degree program for your schedule, transferable credits."

"This school is a joke! I have NEVER IN MY LIFE heard of a school not allowing you to review your UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS because you owe them $300!! I could totally understand them not giving you an official copy of your transcripts, but to not be able to anything online because of a collections hold is ridiculous! They don't even care about working out a payment plan with you either! It is all or nothing! What school doesn't want a student to return and get money from them? Wait...Apparently this one! I am more than happy to setup a payment plan for the balance, even though financial aid was used and then changed and then owed a balance...So confusing and they don't even care to explain any of it to you either! They get you in the door with all the great words and helpfulness, but as soon as you are in and can't get out, they treat you like garbage!! They don't care about you being successful or anything else, just want your money!! DO NOT ATTEND HERE UNLESS YOU DON'T CARE ABOUT THEM SCREWING YOU OVER!!"

"I had to withdraw from the program on 7/19/16 and my course started 7/6/16. The reason was due to my employer losing our contract and all of us set to lose our jobs so tuition reimbursement was not allowed. I notified the school as soon as I found out. Now almost a year later, I received a call from collections as they are charging me 400 for classes that I never took. I never received anything from them saying I had a bill. All this school cares about is money. I wouldn't waste my time if I were you."

"For the record, I did not graduate from Grantham; I withdrew from that place in 2016. I started in 2012 and the admission seemed nice and helpful. Once I started classes, things changed. The first term is three classes that are all due on the same days. It says it is self-paced, but some of their reading assignments are ridiculous (4-5 CHAPTERS in a week), the discussions have nothing to do with the reading material and sometimes, neither do the assignments. I used my Post 9/11 GI Bill to go here and it's been nothing but a headache since I also have a full time job and was covered shifts at work (, only giving me one day off a week because I put my foot down and told my supervisor I wasn't working 7 days straight.) I worked overnights then, so it was difficult to get a hold of my instructors in a timely manner, if they responded at all. I was emailing them WEEKLY to let them know that my assignments would be late and I explained that it was due to my work schedule and I was still docked points for it being late. Which leads me to my next point, the tempo. I felt that the tempo was TOO FAST, so fast that It was far too easy to get behind. The lack of communication didn't help this matter at all. I didn't really feel I learned anything or even had time to learn anything, I got behind and owed them payments, but I have a zero balance and trying to request my transcript and currently fighting with them over a hold. I wouldn't wish this school on my worst enemy."

"I am a current BACJ student at Grantham and am very happy with my studies so far. I was surprised when I read some of the negative comments, I have not experienced any of those issues. Everyone I've encountered has been extremely helpful from my Student Advisor to my Professors and Instructors. They offer a pay as you go program which has been instrumental in my returning to college studies. I wish they had a Masters Program in Criminal Justice."

"I have completed my bachelor's and I'm about to complete my graduate degree -MS Information Technology from Grantham. This is a great school with highly qualified instructors who are ready to teach you. I believe the school is good for everybody who is willing to take the challenge to learn. If you are mature student who works full time/part time and have a family this is the best school for you. You will receive current information and as for the flexibility, it's fantastic. My company is now paying for my tuition and my salary has increases. If you going to study MSIT, I would advise that you get some certification in addition and you will be good to go."

"I attended Grantham from March 2012 until I graduated in November 2014. I believe this degree is made for people that are already in the field and are looking to advance their career. The BSEET program is ABET accredited now and is back dated to October 1, 2014. This is a step in the right direction, there are few online schools out there that offer ABET accredited engineering degrees. I am glad to here this seeing this will open more doors for grad school (would be more if they were regionally accredited) and employment. I wish Grantham would offer a Masters in Engineering eventually seeing this is something I want to pursue."

"I graduated from Grantham Univeristy and landed an Electrical Engineering job for the Air Force. To all those Grantham doubters all I can say is you were wrong. Even ABET surveyors thought it is one heck of a valuable program. As I know most have never taken our word as graduates that this school is great and its instructors as well as its administration does vaue its students learning. I'll gladly show you the supporting documentation below. Yes, I'm smiling ear to ear while I say that we told you so..."
