Degree: Medical Insurance Specialist/Medical Biller
Graduation Year: 2017

I enjoyed being at Herzing. Night classes were a drag because I would prefer the morning classes but it was not bad. Did not really like pdf's for books but it wasn't too bad. Really depends on what teacher you get because some know their job and some do not. Hopefully, you get the one that knows it. If not do online classes and youtube will be your best friend.

Herzing University On-Line was such a great school. The teachers and staff are wonderful through the whole process. Always there when needed. I feel very lucky to have had found this school and program. Even though I was an on-line student I made very good friends with my peers Thank You!!

Herzing Online was the best choice for me, doing online classes allowed me the flexibility to schedule my study time with my family life. The Medical Billing and Coding classes were well instructed and the teachers were exceptional. It was a great experience for me after being out of school for so long.

I would have to say everything went very well. All the teachers gave great support, and always answered all and any questions I had. I graduated so that's a plus . I was an online student and everyone was still on board with keeping me updated and letting me know about when my books where needed to be ordered.

First thing I would like to say is how helpful the staff at Herzing University is. They will call and check to see how you are doing. They are there for any assistance you need whether it be tutoring, job search, or understanding an assignment. I was an online student so I was not around the staff but I felt they were always there. With emails and phone calls. Thank you Herzing for this experience!

I thought that Herzing University was a great School. All of the instructors were very helpful. I graduated with honors. I would obcess about making sure that I got everything done and turned in on time. You really have to double and triple check what is due and when!!! You cannot lose a grade on an assignment. I haven't landed a job in the medical office yet. I have noticed that the medical billing and coding jobs that are out there all want you to have 2 to 3 years experience. I am very frustrated. I am going back to Herzing on line to get my medical assistant diploma. I only need 19 more credits. I have researched employment as a CMA and there are entry level positions available. I already have an associates degree from a different college and not everything transferred with Herzing. If it had I would have additional associates and not diplomas. I am not paying 500 a credit to pay for history or english, etc. that I already took and paid for. .. I think going to class on line is so much easier. Some of the class work was really hard though, like pathophysiology. When I went to college previously, I had to commute and I hated having to drive to a school and wait between classes. I have time for my family and work and I'm getting a good education.
