"This school is a disaster, stay away. I regret coming here, the school only wants your money and does not value education. They are predatory and will lie just to get you to enroll, then everything is ripped away. The staff is inadequate at best and then they quit leaving you to fend for yourself. All my classes are moving online because they can't find enough staff. There is no uniformity to online classes and they give a 45-minute Zoom lecture for a 3-hour class. The administration is even worse and they do not honor ADA accommodations or answer any emails that don't pertain to them getting their money. This is a horrible school, please save yourself and go somewhere else."

"The PTA program is great! It is an accelerated program, so it moves fast, but you learn a lot. The instructors are amazing and really care about the success of their students. They teach not only learning material but also practical knowledge and experience from their own careers. The other Herzing faculty I interacted with were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend the Herzing PTA program!"

"Terrible school. Staff only cares about getting paid and not the actual students success. Not worth the money for the lack of resources and learning that gets provided/done. Staff will quit and students are expected to teach themselves but still pay full prices."

"School has prepared me and I still consider my education at Herzing Orlando campus my greatest source of knowledge in this field. I really appreciate the hard work the teacher put in to preparing us to be able to enter the work place. I often still hear their voices in the field guilding me."

"I am glad I chose Herzing University because it was quicker to be admitted compared to other colleges and the program was accelerated. Being that it’s considered a private university the tuition was way more . Experience is absolutely worth it due to the amount of time instructors invest into students to better prepare for the work field. Because of the extensive training it makes the field that much easier to navigate."

"After being on the waiting list for Seminole States PTA program for a couple months, I decided to take a chance on Herzing and I’m so glad that I did. The PTA program was challenging, however the professors prepare and guide students every step of the way. Once you are determined and ready to focus and learn, you will be successful. Finding a job after was not difficult, I was lucky to be hired on at my first clinical site right after graduation. Others received help from the Career Development team who helped with resumes and interview presentations. Herzing has a great reputation in the community, employers know that Herzing PTAs are well trained and driven to provide a upstanding service to patients. I enjoyed the school so much, I went back for my bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management after graduating from the PTA program. I’m still considering going back for my masters degree next year. Great school."

"Where to begin. I chose this school over others based on lies sold during enrollment, which is the last time you'll be treated decently during your time at Herzing (think salesmen before and after they're paid). From there, it's a rat race and survival of the fittest where you'll be completely degraded and disrespected by people who neither know what they're doing nor care to make an effort, so they're only defense is to gaslight you for their own failures, ignore you, and flat-out disrespect you. I made it, but not without resentment for this school. If I could do it again, I'd have left before I was in too deep. Or I'd have never started. Anything would've been better than this school."

"RUN!!!!!!! This school and the online BSN Nursing Program Chair Director are awful. They do not not care about the students, their concerns, or their education. Students are teaching themselves, there is inappropriate clinical placement, if you are lucky to get placement. They are constantly telling you Nursing is not for you even if you are passing and they brag about how many students drop out or fail stating Nursing was not for them. They have students traveling across the United States at your own expense to do tests that could be done remotely from home. It is a circus and this school should be shut completely down. Their demeanor and approach are rude and disrespectful, but they demand respect. I would not allow a dog to go here and if I had did a little more research, I would have went to a real University where teachers teach and the school takes pride in the Pass rate and not the Fail rate. RUN!!!!!!!!!!!"

"0/10 recommend this school. The dean, administration, and faculty don't care about their students. Especially the dean. I wish I would've done my research before signing up for this school. I strongly believe their true colors are going to showed in the next few semesters and their retention is going to drastically decrease. They are business oriented, and don't want to see their students successfully passed. I also believe they delete their FB and google reviews. PLS PLS PLS do yourself a favor and stay away from this school. Try to get in at a local community college for a cheaper price, and were you can have an advocate administration team."

"Attending this school now and wish I would have been patient and went to a better school. First off the staff reminds me of some small country hillbilly town of attorneys that all grew up together and after losing a case they didn’t care about they all go out to eat afterwards if you get my drift. They do not care about these students genuinely and I honestly think that’s why the only staff member they had at one point that did care quit. They are use to seeing students fail and don’t care how much money you signed your life away to. I watched a instructor the whole term give pts back for questions that were challenged by students she cared to like. I asked her about a question I found in the book that she changed the answer to she didn’t care to give points back or do anything to help. i’m cool with another student in the class who showed me that she even offered her personal phone number to discuss questions that she missed. Not knowing I live right around the corner from the school told me she was gone for the day. She didn’t even want to go over question that should have actually gotten me 7pts back and could have saved me from failing the class. I just know if I was an instructor I would do all I could to see my students win especially due to how expensive this school is. When they say the program is accelerated it’s that x10 if you have no experience in the nursing field or have not ever attempted nursing school before do not come here. This school is a rip off and the staff doesn’t care. I really could go into more stories but I’d rather stop here."

"I entered Herzing University as an RN with my associate degree and graduated with my BSN. I did not know online schools and had not been in a classroom in over 20 years. Herzing University allowed me to learn effectively online and provided me with tutorial help and multiple levels of assistance to continue working toward my goals. They offered a great deal of encouragement to students during discussions and grading. The coursework is sometimes difficult; the APA writing style is significant, as well as PowerPoint assignments, and computer presentations. In addition, you must know what work is due and on what days to complete the tasks. The online setup to check your work makes this possible, and if you check to see what's expected, it is not difficult to abide by the scheduling. The guidance from the admission, career, and financial aid counselors is excellent in determining what you need to graduate. At this university, they don't waste time or money. The online professors all have doctorate degrees and are highly knowledgeable. They encourage and are genuinely interested in helping you succeed in their class. They are personable and professional; I have had no bad experiences. I knew nothing about online classes or the mechanics of navigating courses and had not written a college paper in over 20 years. However, I tried to obtain good grades and did my required work. The online resources are available, with loads of references and people or tutorials to assist you. I graduated with an excellent GPA and on time! I also received a scholarship from Herzing toward my tuition and degree completion. I will likely continue my education at Herzing for my Master of Nursing Acute Geriatric Care Practitioners degree and certification. I am looking forward to this!"

Very strict instructor's that can’t wait to fail you !!!! Oh and a lot of self teaching at the end you still end up failing. Don’t waste your time with this school."

"Please do yourself a favor and stay far far away from this school. It might seem like the easy option to start your nursing career but your life will turn upside down. Herzing ruins lives. I have zero idea how I graduated from this program and made it out alive to take my NCLEX. First of all, the system/curriculum is always changing so no one really knows what rules or policies to follow. They fail students on purpose to make a profit. You can be getting a A+ in this class but they use Kaplan and now HESI, which can easily change your grade to an F. Oh yeah and don't even bother appealing. I was in the accelerated BSN program and after failing one class, they kicked me down to the LPN program, JUST so they can still make money. Nothing about this school makes sense. This is a for-profit school and all they care about is money and nothing else. They can't even keep their deans. Stay away from this garbage school"

"this is by far the worst school that i have ever been to, do not ever think about going to this university, waste of time and money, plus a headache for free. the administrative staff might as well not even be there and all that they want is your money, you are just another paying customer to them."

"My experience at Herzing School of Nursing has been amazing- starting with my recruiter, Marice. He was very knowledgeable of the program and really persuaded me this college was a great option. My enrollment coordinator, Javier reached out to me several times during admissions, and even checked on me when I was in the hospital having a procedure during my first week of classes! My advisor, Sam, has always helped direct me and has amazing communication skills and work ethic. My clinical advisor, Sonia has been a life-saver and literally has gone above and beyond her duties for me. Even my financial aid advisor, Daphne, has been top notch! I know them all by name, and they make me feel as if they remember me, as well. I have loved all my instructors and maintained a 4.0 GPA throughout the entire FNP program. I have no regrets in choosing this program, and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking to advance in their profession."

I drop out by the due and I was told I would not be charge and they still charge me… they will tell you everything you want to hear to enroll but when you have a concer or complain they wi I’ll be very mean to you. My advice is dont do it"

"Where do I start. This school is by far disheartening. I thought that I was going to receive the education and skills needed to be a successful nurse, however I can’t tell you 1 thing I’ve learned here. I honestly think they delete Google reviews. The instruction/curriculum is very poor to put it nicely. You’re pretty much being sent out into the world with a YouTube and RealizeIt education to care for people. You contact the proper channels and no one responds. They are extremely rude and instead will blame you for their failed program. Some of us are stuck here because of the money that we’ve already invested. We can’t afford to pay somewhere else at this point. Before anyone enrolls at Herzing Tampa, PLEASE!!! PLEASE!!! do your research. Go somewhere else."

"This school is taking financial aid for courses that I did not ask for. I sent in a written request for them not to but yet instead it was still done and the only response I got was you can go back and do the course work and turn it in for a grade before the semester ends. I asked to drop the course before it was taken because I have a credit for it they refused to and still took financial aid out. They do not prepare you for anything and they do not have any curriculums that you can join such as a sorority or anything in the community. The price for the school is just as much as you would pay to be at a four year college. I would suggest going to a state college or major college but definitely not here. I have to continue only because I have already submitted my application for law school and I need the course to show on my transcript and I do not need my gpa to fall. They are very bad with communication."

"I took the plunge into becoming an RN after being an LPN for 22 years. This program was awful and very expensive. How can you learn during a COVID year being on ZOOM sessions? You can't but they sure take your money if you fail the class. Then the last 8 weeks of the program, they change from Kaplan to Hesi. Big difference between the two. Kaplan is better at preparing you for the NCLEX-RN, Hesi is a joke. Sure you graduate and they want you to take the boards within 30 days with your "coach". That was also a joke, I e-mailed and sent test messages for help with no avail, when they did finally contact me they wanted me to spend more money which I could not, so I ended up with 3 weeks to study for the exam on my own and failed. I'm now rescheduled to retake the NCLEX and thank goddness to family, bought me some programs to review by. I've been an LPN and an RRT for 22 yrs and found this entire program and in all honesty, needs to be stopped. I've wasted way to much money that I've got to pay back for almost no education. Please do not go to this program, they talk a good game to get you in but once in your nothing but a number."
