Degree: Music Teacher Education
Graduation Year: 2008

The professors really cared about me even though I didn't think they did In prior reviews. One very well may have saved my life. I had galbadder desease and they thought I was my sister. Dr l very well may have saved my life . She set up an appointment with her family doctor. I may have died without her help. She was very blunt And told me I should get help when nobody else Told me to and I actually ended up hospitalized involuntarily. I could've ended up with criminal charges but she cared to say something before anybody else did. I will never forget that. Mr. f told me to talk to Dr. L and I was still afraid to because of what they did to my sister. I will never forget the both of them and I'm sorry about what I said in prior reviews. I'm sorry for disappointing them. I was dilusional but that's not an excuse. I will never forget how they cared. I was just too scared to open up

Degree: Youth Ministry
Graduation Year: 2018

The Christian lifestyle is advertised here, but not practiced. A lot of racism & bigotry, everyone is NOT treated the same, if you're not white, be ready to defend & forgive a lot of people. The staff is nice, but not very bright. Students are very self centered.

Degree: Psychology
Graduation Year: 2007

This school was somewhat academically challenging. There was a strong traditional Christian influence there. The diversity was lacking. There weren't many people on campus who supported students of color.

Degree: Nursing
Graduation Year: 2016

I have nothing but great things to say about the IWU RN-BSN cohort program for adult learners! The same 12 nurses went through the entire program together. We learned a lot. The faculty members were outstanding. I would recommend this program to everybody! We had plenty of support. We worked hard and grew as nurses and as people!

Degree: International Relations and Affairs
Graduation Year: 2016

This university is a wonderful school for anyone who is interested in living in a Christian community. Minority and international students should be aware, however, that they will not necessarily be well-integrated into campus life without a great deal of effort and endurance on their part.

Degree: Finance
Graduation Year: 2014

I like the small intimate feel and culture of the school. It was a safe environment where I was able to learn, grow and develop into an adult. Athletics were a great experience and a huge part of my college life at this university.

My college allows you to make your own path. You have several staff resources to draw on for whatever career you are interested in, meaning you can truly prepare as much as you like.

Graduation Year: 2013

A warm and welcoming campus offering a well-rounded liberal arts education. This University has begun to broaden itself past its strictly conservative roots to become a more enlightened environment.

IWU was awesome. Their online program helped me greatly through enabling me to get my Bachelors and not have to worry about driving to campus multiple times a week.
