"This place is the biggest scam ever. Stay away. Don't waste your money. They only want your money. They lost their most important accreditation. They no longer issue useless diplomas, yiu now get a certificate. The credits you think you've earned are not transferable. It is a pyramid scheme, only the people at the top make money. Don't go."

"It's been 4 years since getting my degree and a dead fish has more value than the 40+k I'm in the hole for a useless piece of paper. I regret ever going to this school, went to make a better future and it's been nothing but a nightmare. It should be illegal for schools to make use false hope to bring in students to fill their pockets."

"Was not able to hold a job after graduation. Everywhere I work I was downsized or laid off. Tuition for this school is outrageous. Wish that they would tell you the real cost during sign up and not just the per credit price. There was little to no help from the career services department. Felt that you were taught specifically just the criteria on the tests and quizzes, which were all multiple choice. Overall just a bad experience and in debt for life now."

"I am going into my second year for my Associates Degree and I must say this school is not as cracked up as it says to be. 3 different deans within the past year and a half. Teachers who hardly teach you the information in your curriculum and you are much better off teaching yourself from the online material. A career services department that is very slow when responding back to you. Also a internet server that is slow as molasses, sometimes it takes 20-30 mins just to get into the student portal. ...I can't wait to graduate and get out of this school. Stay Away and look at other opportunities out there."

"Stay away from this school. For starters, they are publicly traded meaning they answer to their stock holders first and students last. Lets face it, if you are considering ITT you probably didn't do so great up till now education wise. The ITT propoganda machine is strong and ever present, I still see ad's for them everywhere even though they are actively being probed by the DOJ right now and their executives bailed on them the minute that became the case. The loan practices are horrible, your loan advisor at ITT might as well just cut a part of your soul out and feed it directly to Navient / Sallie Mae. The teachers vary, some are charismatic, some not so much. For me the Software Applications and Programming degree was useless, as it pretty much is for most of these types of schools. The material they teach is usually so far out dated that by the time you graduate most employers have no need for your skill set and you'll have to go through lengthy training on your own to get ramped up to modern practices and software. The typical class session went like this: "welcome to class, here's your book, copy this code from chapters x, y and z into the compiler, hit F5 and see what it does." Programming is as much theoretical as it is practical implementation and ITT falls VERY short on teaching computer science theory. Do your future self a favor, if you are looking to become a software engineer go out and cert up, ITT will do you no favors. My class started with 50+ students and graduated with just 3. In many ways I wish I were one of the ones that dropped out early and pursued software certificates in stead. All of the above information can be your's for the low low cost of around $34k, translated of course to several years of repaying the worthless degree will set the average student back anywhere between $70-100k after interest. If you are anything like I was at the time of attending this horrific school you don't necessarily pay much attention to the cost, your head is filled with ideas like "better job", "more money", the reality is a very small % of people actually graduate from the SAP program and an even smaller % are employable after the fact. It's also worth noting, at the time I graduated from ITT there was supposed to be a bachelor degree program to follow up to the Associates program, when I attempted to enlist in the BA program because I realized I didn't really learn squat from the associates program I was told it is no longer available due to lack of interest, well gee whiz I wonder why :/ Because no real school on the planet considers ITT reputable, my higher education path stopped dead in it's tracks at that moment, meaning none of my credits would transfer towards a BA at another institution."

"After completing a few courses with ITT, I decided to transfer to the local college to get some actually classroom time. I found out quickly, that the local community college and even the other colleges and universities near by would not accept one credit from ITT. SO long story short, i would not even waste your time with this place. If local colleges wont accept it, then what about when time comes to find a job. How will employers look at ITT on the resume.."

"I was an older student when I went and graduated, I was even older than the most professors! I stuck to it , studied hard, I was hired while enrolled in school at Ft. Sam Houston JBSA and 4 years later, I am now employed with one of the top 3 letter agency in the world ! Making top money and working on one of the most critical missions in the world ! Worked forty hours a week plus went to school at night ! It was worth it ! Thanks to all the professors that helped me after hours !"

"This school will saddle you up with a lifetime of high interest student loan debt if you don't come from a rich family. The education is terrible and you will leave this school having learned almost nothing. What you will learn is that you just spent 2 years getting completely scammed and will now have to pay for it for the rest of your life. Please do research before going to any ITT Tech campus. Just do a simple Google search and you will find thousands upon thousands of negative things written about the school. Ask yourself, is that the kind of reputation you want in a college?"

"I chose ITT TECH in Cordova TN in 2007 to get my Degree in Information Technology/Computer Network Systems. I went on Advice of my mother who used to work for the company before it was a school. Well while at the school, I dealt with classes that were pointless to my degree. I had an instructor who slept during class. I had another replaced after midterms because she was not qualified to teach the class. So this meant we had go do half a semesters training in one class period. That was just a few of the problems. So I thought it would get better. Well it did'nt, so I went to a different campus in Nashville which I thought would be different Well I found the same horror stories. Then i took a class getting ready for my CCNA. Well I found out that after all the time wasted, I had to go and pay EXTRA to get the certificates, which we should have had already as part of the training. But after I completed half a year. I found all the stories on sites like this. So I continued on. I graduated with 3.45 GPA. I now work for an IT company as a trainer through a marketing service."

"If you are serious about your education, then don’t attend this campus? I can’t speak for all of their schools, because I didn’t go to them. I would review this one, far as buildings go, location isn’t bad. Far as the administration on the education side, there seems to be no leadership. I had no issues with the finance, or the registration of classes. The most disappointing part of my experiences at that school was the accountability factor. Almost all of the teachers there don’t have a teaching degree. They may have some years in their particular field, but that shouldn’t qualify you to teach. Nobody holds the teachers accountable for not having a lesson plan prepared, some don’t even look at the lesson until they walk in the doors to “teach”. Because it’s a school for profit too many students are just passed alone to the next semester to keep money coming in. And the students who suffer are the ones serious about learning. I spent way too many hours in class, in what were consider my core subjects in computer technology, because the teacher had to help do basic stuff. Like figuring out where a student saved a file, or how to even use Microsoft Word. I say this as a student who upon leaving earned a 3.9 GPA, so this isn’t coming from a poor student. I finally had enough of poor teaching, terrible mismanagement from the administration. I left after a year, to attend a school that gives you an education not a piece of paper when you graduate. So in closing I reiterate, if you want a school who will just pass you without much effort then this is the place for you. If you are like me and want an education, something of value in the work place, and where teachers are serious about the assignments and what is taught, then don’t go to this school. Sincerely, a disappointed student."

"Waste of time, money, and receiving a proper knowledge in the field of study. Instructors, program director was one of those that liked to belittle the students. If the students had questions you were mocked by the program director. Nothing in most of the classes were taught in an organized manner in order for the students to gain the foundation required in the field. Do not enroll. Please just attend a traditional school for your future sake."

"I liked the hands-on experience, but an easy A. Not a very challenging school. I was more challenged in high school and grade school then at ITT Tech. Did not offer any internships, which was very hard to get a job after graduating. Never got a job in the field I studied for, so now my Associates Degree is worthless because the technology is basically obsolete. Job placement was awful. Did not try to place me in any jobs that was really related to what I studied. DO NOT recommend the school at all."

"I do not know about the rest of the ITT schools. But this school will lie to you in a heartbeat. Then when confronted about the lies will tell another lie to cover that lie. And then they will get mad at you because you caught them in the lie. This degree is not going to be worth the paper it is written on. They are only concerned in getting their money. But when it is time to release the students money (Pell grants ) they hold them for as long as they can. They have no concern for the students."

"Itt will tell you whatever they have to in order to get you in rolled in their classes. (The Madison AL campus). When confronted about something that was told to a student they continue to lie and try to make the student out to be the one who misunderstood. Their teacher are not qualified to teach the classes. And they think pizza parties make up for poor quality in the classroom. They put grades on the grade sheets before the work has been turned in. The teacher show up late for class and do not have classroom material ready for that class. And their financial aid office will lie straight to your face. Give you the wrong date on aid that is due to student. The student is not the important thing to them. They must be rated on how many people they have in class and if the student gets a passing grade. Because that is what is important to them. Getting a quality education is not real high on their list . If you are a parent that is working with your kid to pick a school, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY."

"ITT was the best decision I ever made. It was hard to deal with while going there, but if you stick with it and work hard (like everything in life) it will pay off. DO NOT listen to those who talk negative about ANYTHING you want to do, to better your self. these people currently think there better than you and are afraid of felling inferior. So go for it, do what ever it takes, make the best of any situation where your trying to work hard. I don't care if its a trade school achieving a certificate or a college achieving a masters, it works the same way. If you don't chase after what you want, there'll be nothing to chase after."

"The teachers are just there to collect a paycheck they need to keep money coming into the school so they pass people along for revenue purposes only they care not if you understand the work. 3 months i attended this school and accumlated $5000 in debt, When I advised real IT professionals that I attended ITT TECH they laughed the school is a joke and a scam for taking money they boast about accredidation but thats just more money in their pockets its really. Don't attend this school waste of money the commercials are fake those are paid actors because the got fees taken off of their loans to participate. 1430 was a balance owed due to what loans weren't covered for 3 months. This school is a SCAM leave know while you have time."

"This school is terrible!!!! They were so quick to get me in, so that they will get paid, and didn't give me a full break down of what will really happen once I started. First off, the "job" they got me, yes it sounded good at first, but it was a contractors job that didn't last nor was I getting paid or working the full time hours I was suppose to be. Now, I'm stuck with a $30,000 student loan I have to pay back plus a $7,000 private student loan from a company that does nothing but give you the run around. Every time I call this 'private student loan company' they give me the run around I can NEVER talk to the same person every time, they always tell me no one works their by that name, as if this is some type of scam! Well, after they got me that piece of job, they had me to sign a form stating they got me a job, so they could get paid (again) and that was it. It's difficult to get a job, based on the job itt tech got me in which I didn't really use my skills I learned in school, and when I tell employers what we did, they look at me like "really". So I highly WOULD NOT reccommend going to this school, personally I feel like they only try to get you in & get you out so they could get a check plus half the instructors they had WERE NOT good instructors at all, the entire 2 years I was there I had 2 great instructors. So now I'm going to an Accrected school for Nursing, so that I could make a better salary to pay back these outrageous student loans. ITT Tech has turned me against Computer Science. OH! For the record, you don't get back any refund checks, financial aid pays for your classes & books & the school keeps the rest....."

"So the mistake that I made was coming to this "School" a.k.a. the money vacuum because all ITT is a place that takes your money and doesn't teach you anything. All your credits will not transfer anywhere except for other ITT schools. This school is a big disappointment and I wish I would have done my research before I came here and signed. $40,000 for teachers who can't teach and labs that pretty much don't work. I didn't pay to come to my Intro to Information Security class and give a presentation about my culture. What does my culture have to do with anything relating to internet security? Almost every lab I have gotten didn't work so ya this school sucks."
