"Okay, where to start. Well my fiance and I went to this school to just check it out. Well the lady trying to get us to join, was basically shoving the school down our throats to join that day and made me feel rushed. My fiance joined that day, but I waited later that week because I had to talk to the head person. After talking to the head guy, she was talked into it down. After talking with another recruiter, I joined. I should have went with my gut and not joined. Honestly I didn't learn much from the teachers, and basically this could have been a online class. Saying this because all the "teaching" was literally online.. To sum it up don't go here, it is not worth it. But the teachers were nice, I'll give them that."

"I can honestly say attending ITT Tech was one of the worst mistakes I could've made in my life. From the start, the school felt shady. How pushy they are when you just come in for information about the school. They had me switching my financial aid forms not even twenty minutes of me being there. I had all plans of going to a school to get my Bachelors in Business only to get to this school and find out that the only Bachelors they offered was in Project Management, which I have the least amount of interest in. So the plan was to finish my associates but that shortly changed after being placed in the associate Dean's class for COMP ll. This lady is rude and impatient and to an extent, illiterate. For her to be an English professor makes me wonder where she got her education and if she was out of it all her years of college. They only offer minimum online classes and this class I didn't even have the option to switch. I called the dean for a week straight and he was never there but us as students are expected to stay until 10:55p every night. After a week of trying to reach him, I decided to switch over schools because I was sick of the run around. As far as them helping you with job placement, you have maybe one or two job fairs a year and the career services team will help you redo your resume on a template that they already have made up. They used to post jobs on the board but they don't even do that anymore. They have a bigger team that does less than the smaller team did last year. They mostly sit in there listening to music and having conversations all day. The LRC is a joke. There is one bookshelf. And they want you to use this expensive system that is like Google on acid that doesn't even pull up half of anything relative to what you need. You type in anything and it will give you over 40,000 articles, videos, books, websites, etc. and it's all unfiltered so you have to make your way through all of it to find a useful source. Some of the sources that come up aren't even on the topic! This school was a nightmare from the start. DO NOT. Go to a local community college and take night classes on your time but ITT Technical Institute probably won't be open very much longer with the CEO being charged with fraud and all."

"I WAS currently attending ITT-Tech Houston, Tx! Before I start I just wanted to say that this is not the place for everyone. If you want to go for the experience? Go ahead, but be warned! This place isn't what they are cut out for everything they promised. YOU are just a starting number for them to further their paycheck. Every instructor that I had was not qualified to "teach" nor to really had that potential to teach a legitimate class. Believe me, I was extremely happy to be enrolled at first, but after sitting in my first class? I noticed that most of my instructors do not have a teaching profession and some doesn't seem to understand what they are teaching about. It is a great school to get the feel of how college is, but I have to honestly say, it's not the legit feel of a REAL college. IF you are SERIOUS about your education?? Save money or try investing in a better (or real) college that will be able to transfer your credits. I for one learn that the hard way and now I have a huge debt on my head that will take me awhile to pay off. Think really hard before attending this school because after you made up your mind and visited their school? Not only will they "close the deal", but your interest will be visualized differently, just remember that. Some may walk out with a CAREER job and MOST will not. A lot of career jobs they will not accept you if they see you have ITT on your resume due to the knowledge they have about ITT. Please DO take each comment into consideration and do your research. However? If you are truly curious and already have your mind set to enroll to ITT? I'm not stopping you, but please do take consideration and you're already warned by many."

"I don't know why there is so much bad publicity about this college. I think that this is a great college. Yes, it is a little expensive, but honestly what college isn't? What students don't realize is that other colleges may have cheaper tution but they have to pay for their books, which could be really expensive. Most of the books at ITT are provided for you and are part of the package. You also get a free laptop when you join. I think this is a great school and I recommend it to anyone looking for a college to attend."
