"After going to this college for almost 2 years I ended up not being to graduate, because they miscalculated my classes and I had one more class to take and because it's one class they cannot provide financial aid. Its terrible we go to school to better ourselves to get a career and yet because of an error made by the school a student is left with student loans and no way to graduate because of a lack of financial aid. Thank you KEISER for NOTHING"

"As a graduate from Keiser University, I would say this experience has taught me a life long lesson of education can take you many places. With this being said, after reading a few of the comments already listed stating that the school is unprofessional and a waste of time, I would have to diversely disagree. If you are considering Keiser University, as with any other school, you must realize that you are your number one advocator. You are the only one who will determine if you are going to be successful or not. The choice is completely up to you. I have nothing but good things to say about the staff, teachers, financial aid staff, etc., that have helped me along the process of earning my diploma. The flexible class times are AMAZING! Being able to focus on just one subject at time seemed to help me concentrate more at the subject at hand rather it be math or biology. I have four children and raising them is my full time job. Yes, there were times I was up just before midnight turning in a paper or reading an assignment but like I said, you are your first advocate…the teachers are next. They want you to succeed and will go beyond their ways most of the time to help you if you are in need. Pay attention to your financial aid; keep all your documents in one place to refer back to them if needed. Keiser is a terrific school if you are considering it for online courses. The online classroom associates you with other classmates in the same course you are in that month; there are weekly live class chats that were extremely helpful for me, plus you work at your own pace! At the moment, I am considering returning for my Bachelors."

"I am a new student to Keiser and I'm second guessing this choice. I've been mis-informed multiple times and several things have fallen thru the cracks during my admission process. Professionalism? I'm sure about that because I expect efficiency from professionals. My experience so far leaves me unwilling to recommend Keiser to anyone or even admit that I'm a student of theirs. I hope things improve but I suspect that's not likely."

"I am not very fond of online coursework and prefer the physical environment of a brick-and-mortar education institution. However, work and other activities outside of work forced me into the online environment t complete my doctorate, so I was very picky about what I wanted in an online educational relationship. I throughly checked-out several other online institutions, places like Capella and Walden. I was far from comfortable with those online institutions after only a week of being in their programs and dropped them quickly so that I would not be obligated financially. I landed at Keiser University Graduate School Doctorate of Business Administration (DBA) program and from the beginning, the overall experience with my admissions counselor (L M) was a very comfortable and pleasant one. My financial aid counselor also was able to help me obtain two separate scholarships for my military service and my employment with the federal government. The learning experience has been a comfortable extension of the one I received in the universities admission process. My only complaint is that the university recently converted from Moodle to the student unfriendly BlackBoard Online Learning System like many other online learning institutions. BlackBoard, at times, requires students to spend more time navigating the BlackBoard online portals, than in the actual classroom if you want to get anything done. Keiser really should have stuck with the much more student friendly Moodle set-up. But where BlackBoard fails Keiser, the professors make up in a very big way and I have been tolerating the BlackBoard Online Learning System. At Keiser University Graduate School I am extremely confident that I will earn my doctorate and I am enjoying my learning relationship with my professors. As far as online institutions are concerned I am very happy that I am here, and I have been proudly recommending it to friends and family that seeking an online education degree program. I ask them to steer clear of the haters out there that rate the school poorly, they seem to have an axe to grind and take it out in these forums. Of course everybody is entitled to their opinion, but in my opinion and experience Keiser University Graduate School stands far above many other online institutions when compared to many others that are out there purely for the education money grab."

"Kieser University is not honest about the cost of using their online program nor will they take credits from another college; they want you to repeat courses over even if you already did them. They tell you there is a education fee of $400.00; which is a one time fee; what they dont' tell you is that one time fee is every semester so that adds up.If you want your grades you have to pay a $5.00 fee; if you behind in your education fees they will not provide you a copy until that is paid in full. They are expensive,I suggest going to someplace else Kieser needs to be shut down for online courses. There are more negative things about this college then good. OUTRAGEOUS COST FOR ONE THING."

"Do not waste your time and money. I am an adult who was in the business world for many years. I am used to dealing with people in a professional and honest method. In one semester my book orders were incorrect once, not sent another time and then I was double charged. I needed to speak to three different people before I found someone who was WILLING and then able to correct the issues. This is the tip of the iceberg. Attempting to transfer has been a complete nightmare. It has been more than six weeks and Keiser still is unable to complete the necessary changes to my financial aid. It is nearly impossible to speak to a knowledgeable person. They are either at lunch or unavailable. Even the Dean doesn't have voicemail. How can no one at a university have voicemail? It certainly tells me something about their level of professionalism. Run away! You won't regret it."

"Keiser University is a great school and whether online or in school, the level of support is great and the teachers are very helpful and understanding to your personal life. They do plenty to help you get through your classes. The only downside is that the school is expensive and, even if you qualify for full financial aid, the loans are pretty steep. So, I guess if you can afford it, Keiser University is a great selection of a school."
