"I really enjoyed KWCs professors and my fellow students, along with the atmosphere of the school. The criminal justice program is top-notch. They have had former Naval Intelligence officers, former FBI agents, and top researchers in their employment. The wealth of knowledge and experience between those who teach there is invaluable. I also met some of my closest and dearest friends at this college. While it is a small school, I believe that is a benefit. The small classes allow you to have one on one time with your professors and can provide a mentorship between you. This allows for excellent recommendation options if you take advantage of it. Somethings that need some improvement are the meal plan options, the housing options, and some staffing favoritism and attitude. While it has been a few years since I have attended and things might have changed, I would suggest the school partner with some local restraints allow the use of flex dollars as payment. If you plan to live off-campus after a couple of years attending the school. Be aware they are challenging to convince that you should be allowed to move off and they will make you jump through multiple hoops. The favoritism and attitude are limited to a couple of people in the administration parts of the school and cant really be avoided. There is apparent favoritism for the Greeks, and they are put above the rest of the student body no matter how many other organizations you belong to."

"Kentucky Wesleyan College (KWC) has been an amazing experience for me. I was a college drop out who decided that I wanted to do something more with my life but was terrified to take the first step. At KWC the staff went above and beyond to welcome me into their school and get me back on the right track. Their online program allowed me to continue to work full-time and still be a mom and military wife. My instructors and advisers have all been understanding and helpful beyond what I could have ever expected. I would highly recommend KWC to anyone, but especially to those who are non-traditional students."
