"My experience in King University’s online Communication program has been nothing but positive. When I chose to finish my degree online, I was afraid I would be sacrificing the quality of my education for the flexibility of an online degree. However, through King I was able to get my degree while working full time and never felt like I was missing out on a quality education. Classes are in 5-week terms, which seemed stressful at first, but I came to really enjoy. It allows you to focus completely on one subject at a time and get the most out of each class. The COMM professors are genuinely helpful and seem to care about the success of every student. Every professor I had gave helpful and thorough feedback on assignments that helped me better my work. The courses and topics covered are all practical and relevant to anyone in the workforce. Overall, I recommend King’s Online Communication program to anyone looking for a flexible way to get a great education."

"The online communications program here at King has been a great experience since the start. I was worried at first that online courses may be tricky when it came to communicating back and forth with the professors when I had questions, concerns, etc., but that has not been the case at all. Every professor I have had has been extremely quick to reply and they all seem to genuinely care about how you do in their classes. I would absolutely recommend this degree path to anyone wanting to learn legitimate skills that apply to the real world."

"I transferred into King University as a Junior from a large Knoxville University. I am Communications major and have taken many courses in the communications program. My experience has been great with flexible scheduling, and exceptional professors, such as Dr. Sloan, Professor Rebecca Huckaby, and Professor Cora Young. Our classes were only 5 weeks long. The 5-week courses allowed me, as a working adult, to obtain a degree with great flexibility. Each class has a low student to professor ratio, which allowed for more one-on-one time with each student. These professors are accessible and actually care about you obtaining the required elements of each class. The Communication Program offers a knowledgeable and experienced staff of professors who care for their students, that some are not from teaching backgrounds. Each professor shared opportunities in the workforce that suited the field of study for that course. I would recommend the Communication Program at King University to anyone that is seeking a bachelor's degree in East Tennessee."

"Almost ten years ago today, I began my college entry essay with this statement: “Hello, my name is Cameron Taylor and I am a senior at Richmond Christian School. This fall, I plan to major in mass communications at Liberty University. This degree will help me become a positive influence in my community.” This introduction was as vague as my life plans. Like most high school graduates, I knew very little about college. My parents, teachers, and friends conditioned me to see it as a stepping stone to adulthood. Little did I know, college would be the highest step, and the heaviest stone that would remain unturned in my life. Fast forward almost ten years and multiple failed college attempts, I found King University. This program although not exclusive, feels tailor made for my needs and learning style. During my time here I have made the Deans list as well as the Presidents list. I give all the credit to my wonderful professors who never help any punches and always pushed me to be the best version of myself. My only regret in my educational experience is that I didn’t find King University sooner."

"I was first presented about King University while attending another institution. I currently attend the satellite campus in Hardin Valley. The great thing about the degree program I'm involved in, is that it offers older students the opportunity to pursue a degree while having a full-time job and managing a family at the same time. This program is very hard to beat and truly worth every moment. I have been able to become a more well-rounded student and individual while attending King. It is very hard to beat class one night a week and a degree guaranteed in one year. King has bestowed great advantages, opportunities, and moments that I know have prepared me for my future endeavors. The professors at King do a great job of making your time at King all worth it. They want you to walk away from each class feeling confident that you have expanded your academic opportunities. The professors care about you as a student, person, and want you to succeed once your done at King. I truly believe that every aspect about King has prepared me for the future ,and I'm glad that I have spent the past couple of years at King. I highly recommend King and especially the program I'm involved with to anyone who is interested."

"I have attended King University for almost one year now and will graduate in a few short months. The transition into King University’s communication program was a smooth process. Anthony Lanagan, Enrollment Counselor at King, was very helpful in guiding me through the application process at King’s Knoxville campus. During my search for an accredited university, I wanted somewhere with flexible hours and that offered an affordable education. King University’s communication program has checked every box on my list."

"King Univesity is a small school located in beautiful Bristol, TN. The campus is surrounded by mountains and various rivers that you can hike, fish, hunt, or simply enjoy the scenery. As for the communications program, it is completely online with most of the professors located at King's satellite campus in Knoxville, TN. This was the third school I've taken online classes at and the various professors we're all accessible when trying to contact them. I lived several hours away from every professor and it was no issue to ask a question or get clarification on an assignment, it was as easy as if we were in class. The assignments you are given will be focused around the class, challenging but not the prototypical assignments that you find time-consuming with little to do with your career goals. Be prepared to use the required text in all of your classes. All in all, with COVID lingering and much of education being pushed online, this program should be considered strongly by any potential communication major."

"As an adult learner, the Communication Program at King University’s Knoxville Campus has been a wonderful experience. I started taking Business Administration classes at King University, but found my interests leaned more toward the Communication Program. The administration and staff helped me to understand my options and assisted me to transition to a program that I truly enjoy. The educators and staff exceed expectations in their support of students. I struggle with online learning and the administration was very responsive with helping me get set up with the on-campus classes I needed to succeed. The professors are knowledgeable and have real world experience with Communication to share. Everyone at King University, including my fellow students, seem to invest and care about my future in-class and beyond. King University has created an environment that welcomes and encourages everyone toward their goals."

"I have been enrolled here at King for almost three years, and I truly believe that this University is one of the best online programs in the state of Tennessee. From the application process, all the way down to the instructors, each and every person I have had contact with, has been very helpful and genuinely makes me feel like they want me to succeed. Each class I have been in, has been very flexible and work friendly. I love how it feels like a self-paced program that does not just pile on classwork on you in a sink or swim kind of way. Without King and their COMM program online, I would not be able to obtain a bachelor’s degree in a major I like due to work and family. It is a Christian-based university and you are treated with such respect while you are at King, you honestly feel like family here. I am thankful I chose King!"

"I have been enrolled in COMM Studies at King University for about 3 months now. My first semester is coming to an end and my experience thus far has been very smooth and successful. I look forward to completing my degree here, and for those who decide to do the same, it is truly the best way to complete school in a timely manner. I am working a full-time job in the insurance industry working 40+ hours a week and I have not once struggled with balancing work and school. Having a balance of the two does require me to plan ahead and set time aside to complete my work, but it has never put me in a bind. I would recommend this program to anyone who is trying to work full time and complete their degree. The teachers have also been very understanding of my scenario. I have had to submit a few assignments late and sometimes life happens, but for the most part teachers are forgiving and allow you a chance to make up for a late assignment. King University allows me to fulfill my degree, have a work life and still have plenty of time with family and loved ones."
