"Dear future Lions , I would like to say you have Selected a wonderful University. Attending Langston University was a great experience for me. I've always wanted to attend an HBCU. Langston University prepared me for my right now future. I can honestly say all of my professors were so dedicated and had so much patience with us . Dr. Montgomery was the best professor ever , she was my psychology teacher in undergrad school . I made the decision to apply for graduate school at Langston University Oklahoma campus . I really enjoy the people I attended class with and my professors . I love the fact of the classes being so intimate ,you have the opportunity to have relationship with the professors. By obtaining my degree from Langston University. I can truly say , it has allowed me to work for the state of Oklahoma ,and giving me the opportunity to possibly work for the government . I am very happy on the outcome of attending Langston university. I wish everyone could get the opportunity to attend such an elite University. Best wishes to the future lions of America ."

"As a Black young woman who grew up in the middle class suburbs, I longed for a "true" HBCU experience with a rich culture, excellent education, student employment, and a relatively small teacher to student ratio. LU gave me just that! Although it was a bit of a culture shock initially, it took me no time to submerge in the LU traditions. with the support of several professors, I was inspired to work hard and earn a position on the Dean's Honor Roll every semester, become employed as a supplemental instructor and peer tutor, obtain research experience, secure a myriad of scholarships, and most importantly, GRADUATE IN 4 YEARS!"

"I enjoyed the culture of attending a historically black college. To be surrounded by such rich culture, professional faculty, and caring nurturing environment was everything I need ed in personal development as a undergraduate student. The financial Aid department, was not the most organized, and I did have to micro manage my paperwork, make copies etc, which was very frustrating.Currently I am returning as a graduate student to place that feels like home, and a education that has me equipped for my new field."

"Langston University was not my first choice when it came to my collegiate education. I went there based on tradition with my family and because they offered a scholarship to me. Once there, I was surprised at the atmosphere. Because Langston is in the middle of nowhere, you tend to bond with classmates and roommates. Due to that we all grew together and that aspect is what I grew to love about the school. Still to the day, I have friends that would have my back after ten years."

"Langston University School of Physical Therapy provides a very close knit atmosphere where your individual needs are attended to and no students fall through the cracks. The faculty bends over backwards to set us up for success. This program is also the most affordable in Oklahoma for those interested in PT."

"The pros of my graduate program are the courses, the professors, and the accessibility of the professors. The cons of my program are the lack of classes that does not have an emphasis on entrepreneurship."

"Langston University school of Physical Therapy has been an excellent school in equipping students to impact their communities in beneficial and positive ways through their skills. My experience with the school thus far has been exceptional. The faculty is very personable and the small class size allows you to get the attention you need to thrive in such a demanding program. The most negative aspect for me personally is the commute that is about 1 hour one way, but this is simply because I chose to stay in my hometown instead of moving closer to campus. This is my first year in the program and I am eager to continue through Langston's physical therapy experience."
