"I regret going here. All student services are unreliable and are not there to help students but only themselves. This school does not care about student learning they only care about getting their money. Overly packed classes (did NOT have enough seats one mod), no tutoring, topics not being reviewed YET would be included on tests and we were told by Mrs.Benn ¨too bad you should have read". They just want you to read the complete textbook back to front over and over with no guidance and hope for the best. I wish I would have done more research about this place before going."

"DO NOT GO TO THIS SCHOOL. They will take your money and you WILL NOT receive a license due to “the pandemic” but won’t compensate for it. A complete waste and no degree. Please just go to a votech that is cheaper and you will receive what you need in the time they said. It’s been a year and half and I’m still waiting on my okay to take the licensing exam"

"Currently go to school here now and wish I read reviews before I did. No one who works here is on the same page and they will give you false information and then other administration will get mad at you when you were told something different. The teachers do not teach material and barely seem qualifying. The first mod teacher Mrs.Harris seems very nice but she plays favorites and is never in order with things. The English teacher is a racist and has made very degrading comments to a classmate of mine and all the school said was "this has happened before". The A%26P teacher literally does nothing and has the funds teacher do all her stuff. She just talks, doesn't explain, and then expects you to know everything. And god forbid you ask for help I've been told straight out "too bad" and "I cant help you with that you should know". I don't recommend this school honestly and am scared to see what is to come but I have given so much money I regret it."

"this was the worst school I ever attended in my life. It was all basically self taught, and the instructors we did have had favorites and passed them with ease. I wish I NEVER EVER went here. I DO not recommend it. Apply to a real school , not this joke of a place."

"I admire all of the staff at Lincoln Tech in Shelton,CT. They go above and beyond for their students, and potential students interested in attending. Every one is so helpful from admissions down to the front desk receptionist. When ever a student is in need whether it be help with a class, a family issue, etc. the staff is always ready to help and if they can not help personally they have resources in which you can turn to for help."

"This school is a complete joke. If you're thinking of attending save yourself the time and money and look elsewhere. They teach you absolutely nothing, you have to teach yourself. I'm disgusted in the LPN program. The teachers are horrible it's like they grab anyone off the street and throw them in there to "teach" you. Pathetic. I wish I never even signed up, they trick you into coming here and don't even mention that graduation is an entire year after you finish the program. Go straight for your RN if you are interested in nursing. They degrade you and make you feel like a worthless piece of crap. After this school I am now depressed and have severe anxiety. No one gives a fuck if you pass or not all they want is your money. Financial aid is a joke they can't even tell you what you owe.. isn't that their job? Clinical is a joke also, all you do is CNA work and you're paying to do it when it should be them paying you. Overall this school fucking sucks! DO NOT GO TO LINCOLN TECH."

"DO NOT waste your time and just as important do not WASTE your money!!!! The instructors and staff at the Lincoln Technical School in the Edison campus do NOT care. I asked for tutoring in my 3rd quarter and the instructor told me she does not have time. Although, there are signs posted everywhere about if you need tutoring ask!! She never taught, but read directly from the book, and showed slides of what the book in front of me says. If everyone got a question wrong she is suppose to go over the entire test and give points back, but never did. Also, tested us on chapters she did not read or go over. She was more interested in leaving early. Another instructor only read out of one book, although we had two books! She expected people to know 6 chapters entirely for the test but only concentrated the test on one chapter, and could not understand why students did not pass. Administration and financial aid is a complete JOKE!! The clinical rotation was a joke too!! We did more 1st quarter work, making beds, cleaning the patients in the very stinky nursing homes! Never saw the person who enrolled me in this school after signing up, financial aid took 2 weeks to get back to me, (almost missed the orientation) that should have been my first hint.! I did not pass 3rd quarter and was told I had to sit out for 6 months and study, then I could restart. BUT, they fail to inform that you will be withdrawn from the program, and student loans will start knocking at your door. (You must contact your financial institution and tell them you did not withdraw...VERY IMPORTANT!!! I learned that on my own.)There are NO supplies, there is NO tutoring, there is NO help from this school at all. Only the students who complain directly, multiple times a day to the Dean of nursing will pass. DO NOT TRUST THIS SCHOOL, DO NOT TRUST THE INSTRUCTORS, DO NOT GO TO THIS SCHOOL AT ALL!!!!!!! GO TO A REAL SCHOOL AND GET A DEGREE!! LESSON LEARNED"

"I attended the LPN day program at Lincoln Technical Institute. I have to say that this indeed a great program to attend if you are looking for immediate job placement. As with any program, you get as much out if it as you put in. With that being said, be prepared to put in a few hours each day of self study. I was able to finish the program as class valedictorian, and couldn't be happier. After graduation, I landed a nursing job at a top/ivy league hospital in my area. I get a chance a to work with some of the leading surgeons in Orthopaedic medicine, and I am currently advancing my career to become a Physician's Assistant. So please, if you wish to enroll in this program, put in 110%.....you WILL be rewarded."

"Very misleading on the ability too progress in my career to RN after graduation...the fact that the credits are non transferable is very frustrating and makes the write course seem add though it was want time and money. Niue i need to stay over from scratch to get my RN because my credits from my LPN are not excepted. I should have just dinged an RN program from the beginning. Very upsetting that all that hard work means nothing in regards to career goal advancement."

"The reviews on the LPN program at Lincoln Tech are false. It is not the school's fault if you do not have good study skills & cannot keep up - their job is to teach you, not hold your hand & pass you. I have a BA in psych and then did my LPN as a second career, graduating in 3/2012 with a 3.7 GPA. Passed my NCLEX the first time with flying colors & found an LPN job in 3 weeks. The school is willing to help you find jobs after graduating/taking the NCLEX. The exit exam was significantly harder than the NCLEX, so I feel I was very prepared. In the field, I have the knowledge of a BSN-RN, and I owe LTI for that. They prepare you for REAL NURSING WORK & don't hold your hand through it."

"Terrible school. Tuition is around $30,000. for the nursing program. Once you are in, it's great at first. If you fail a class you are allowed to take the course over. The school does not give any student support if you need extra help. The teacher do not go over your test with you in class to see what you got wrong. You have to make an appointment with the teacher, if she/he wants. The school charges you $300.00 for the CHEAPEST scrubs on the planet. The Director of Nursing at the Hamden office has no business running a nursing school. No compassion what so ever at the school. Out of my class there was 31 students....9 graduated. That speaks volume. If you are wanting to go to nursing school, RUN FAR AWAY FROM LINCOLN TECHNICAL IN HAMDEN CONNECTICUT."

"Honestly nursing school is emotionally draining and stressful but at lincoln tech they over prepare you to go into the career. There is so much information that you should know in order to sit for the nclex but with simulated exams you have taken 5 or 6 nclex like exams by the time you graduate so you familiar with the testing style. The teachers are very helpful except for during mat peds. There is alot of drama in the classes during quarter one but the people involved were obviously not focused enough and did not make it to the next quarter. I had a number of life disasters happen to me but because of the support from the instructors and the director of the LPN program i successfully graduated and passed my nclex and so did the intire gradiating class"
