"College is a great experience; however, don't feel you have to go to college. Getting thousands of dollars in debt is not worth the stress later in life when you're job doesn't pay enough and you're trying to raise a family. Do what you love and what's enough to support you and your family. If that's college, great. If it's being an interior designer, great. Experience and quality is what employers want."
