"The Physical Therapy program at NAU is a national leader for PT entry-level education. The educational program is patient-centered in its focus, allowing students to learn information that they can directly use to benefit patient outcome. The program also strives to eliminate competition between students, thus creating an atmosphere where students can use their strengths to help others overcome their weaknesses. The faculty who are involved with the program are also very involved in the community, as well as nationwide through the APTA. The program greatly prepares students to be successful physical therapists who will work to do all they can for their patients."

"Attending NAU has given me the confidence through education and clinical rotations that I will be an exceptional PT when I graduate. The caliber of students who complete the DPT program are highly sought after within the career market. The connections and organizations that I have been apart of while attending the DPT program at NAU have put me on the career path to be the best Physical Therapy I can be."

"NAU's PT school is top notch. The school's faculty are some of the most well-respected clinicians in the industry. Many are still actively practicing, so every class relates directly to real-world, relevant clinical situations. The faculty does it's best to support you both in the classroom and with your professional development. After the program, I have no doubt that I will be among the best trained and most qualified PT's in the nation. As an added bonus, NAU's tuition is among the most affordable nationwide. They also allow out-of-state students to become state residents for tuition purposes after the first year. Living in Flagstaff is like a dream come true, especially if you're into anything outdoors. I really could not imagine a better DPT program."

"It is a good overall program. Teachers are concerned and involved. It is very affordable in comparison to other programs. The surrounding area of Flagstaff is a wonderful place to experience the outdoors (especially with Sedona and the Grand Canyon so close.)"

"The Physical Therapy program has amazing professors. A con is that there is not a whole lot of financial aid available."

"We are at a brand new campus in the downtown Phoenix location. The facility is beautiful, it has state-of-the-art technology and tons of awesome resources. However because it is a new program for this location, things like parking arrangements and organization in general have been difficult. We are experiencing a lot of trial and error."
