"I love my graduate program because of the specialized attention and support that I receive from the professors. It is conducted in a very professional environment, and there are numerous opportunities for us to grow as mental health counselors."

"The pros of the program are the small classroom size and the availability of the faculty. The faculty is very much willing to further your academic and professional growth if they know you're in need of help. The cons of the program is the tuition. This is an expensive school but for a formal education you have to be willing to do anything."

"I have only been in the program for a few months, since I started in August 2013. So far I am extremely satisfied with not only the school environment and the cleanliness of the campus, but also the staff. I am currently going on my second semester and the professors I have taken in my previous semester as well as my current semester have been a huge benefit to my knowledge about the mental health field. The only negative thing that I can come up with about Nova Southeastern University is the traffic that surrounds the campus. Since Broward College, FAU Davie Campus as well as high schools are near the Nova campus, traffic can be hectic. This I know cannot be changed so I will only get used to it. Since it does not effect my learning process, I am fine with it."

"I believe that my graduate program is an excellent one. The professors are very knowledgeable in their given field and want the students to succeed. The only downfall of this program is that it is not CACREP accredited while it is accredited by the APA."

"Nova is a great school. The professors are very experienced, and knowledgeable. The only cons is that there's couple of field campus which is where I am, and some of the resources that are available at the main campus are not available to the students at my field campus."
