"Penn State York is a small campus, but it offers big opportunities! It is really up to the students to be involved on campus and make use of all the resources the university provides. It's a commuter campus, so things aren't constantly in students faces about the events or opportunities. Students have to take the initiative to get involved in the opportunities offered on campus. This a great learning experience for life, because things aren't going to be thrown at you. Most of the time you will have to take the initiative to get thing you want in life. Penn State York offers great programs to prepare students for their career like the Graham Entrepreneur Leadership Program, which prepares and exposes students to the skills that are need to be successful in their careers. Penn State York also really care about it students. The campus renovated the student center and put in a brand new fitness center for its students. There are also shuttles/busses to and from the campus and popular apartment buildings that students tend stay. The food is good. There are options for a variety of diets. The actual academic programs are good as well! The campus is now adding graduate programs to be taken on campus which is great! Overall, it is a good university for those who want to attend a smaller campus."

"Wonderful choice for a working teacher. Professors were extremely supportive and strived to make the classes relevant to the teaching profession and your own classroom."
