What a joke. Don't waste your $. Terrible experience in every way. Took loan out for $3000 without me knowing until I checked credit report. Will never recommend this place to anyone! And the professor s are condescending and rude! HATE IT! These people are terrible

Thus place is a joke. The professors are ridiculous, the grading system is unreliable and the academic support is nonexistent. ..love to get your money with no actual academic support. Stay away. I'm sure there are many community colleges that help students more than here.

I am currently enrolled in my first graduate class and now going into week 3. Let me tell you honestly that this university is the worst I've attended. The professor currently teaching the Lifespan class is horrible. She is pompous, condescending and expects her students to learn on her level (SHE has a PhD by the way). She does not give proper credit for work but instead picks it apart looking for APA formatting errors and bases your grade on that. What a joke! I can't wait to get the hell out of... Read More

Stay away from this school. The admin staff and professors are lazy. If you actually want to learn something, go some place else. They have no desire to help students, poor professionalism, and need better staff. Wish I had knew before I wasted my time and money.

I attended Post Universyt Online. I really enjoyed the "professors" and my classmates were great but the administration and counselors are a joke ! It would take all day to talk about Post. I was charged for everything. Everything ! And was only given a nickel in federal aid and loans that I have to repay. Not too mention having to wait two months till you get your aid, I was given all sorts of excuses for the questions I had for the financial aid department . Monkeys are better suited than these... I was new to Post University but no stranger to Online Education, and had already obtained a Masters from another University, however this by far was my worst experience. I found some of the instructors to be condescending and sarcastic at times. The financial aid department is not the best, and the layout of the courses were not as structured as I would like. Course content was very detailed this is the one positive, but the delivery of course material by the instructors was not. In previous settings... Read More

I have been going to Post since 2012 to get my B.S. in Accounting and have been very happy with the whole experience. When looking at schools, they were the only school that didn't pressure me into anything, answered all my questions, and took care of my transcripts and financial aid within just a few weeks so I was able to start right away. Anytime I needed help with financial aid or my classes, I always received answers back usually right away by email or phone if necessary. They were very easy... Read More

Phenomenal school. I have been enrolled for a few modules now and I am loving Post University online. It works perfectly with my schedule and my children's schedule. I never feel the pressure to be online at specific times and I log in on my own time. My admissions counselor (Kim W) was very helpful and always answered all of my questions when I called. About to take my 5th class at Post and I am very excited to start working with children.

I cannot say enough good things about this school. The staff is GREAT! I was always able to talk to someone when needed. I received constant emails from my advisor (J). She was always on point, knew where her students stood. Heck she would even send out emails when she knew she was going to be out of the office to ensure all issues were resolved prior to her absence. The professors are very interactive. All would send regular weekly emails. They also understood life happens and were flexible with... Read More

I will be graduating shortly, and can say that Post Univ. instruction is high quality and very challenging. The professors are very helpful and supportive and very knowledgeable in their field. The only problem has been with the student loan program where there always seems to be some confusion. They control how much of a refund you get, keeping it as low as possible, and they offer absolutely no support. You advisor will never offer any support especially if you are not failing. They are also helpless... Read More

I don't really have problems with the online education that I am receiving at Post however, I am disappointed with the way that they do business. Post will enroll you without your transcripts, without your financial aid in place, without fully disclosing the cost of tuition for your specific degree and without telling you that you're officially enrolled. My advice for prospective students would be to do all of your own research on their website before even contacting them for more information. An... Read More

The financial department is crooked!! The reviews that I have read speaking of this are true. Paying out of pocket for all my books, there was loans taken out that never was shown to me til after the fact. I withdrew from Post University after being told for the mod I was in enrolled in was going to cost $2500 out of pocket. In rereturn I could not afford this, now I'm being told I owe the University back $1700 back under title IV. After getting a run around from I withdrew to late or I didn't withdraw... Read More

I decided to leave this school because the Masters of Education at Post University did not meet my expectations. The professors and administration are not helpful, not supportive, do not care about students, does not provide feedback to help you to succeed and do a poor job. I am going to get my Masters of Education somewhere else better. I do not plan to return to this school.

Post University has been a lifesaver for me. I am currently on active duty and plan on retiring in next couple months, Post was the first university to cover my books after I received my Associates Degree. They are very user friendly. They have an excellent turn around time in reference to getting you a student agreement after you send in your information (AARTS, transcripts, and other docs). I received my information the next day. The curriculum can be challenging but it is very relevant. Some of... Read More

The experience I had with the support staff, professors and students have been great. I learned so much along the way from both the professors and students. I proudly graduated in front of my daughters who have inspired me to pursue my Masters degree. I am currently pursuing my MBA through Post University and their degree programs have landed me an excellent career.

You are so correct about the disorganization of Post University and oh boy are you correct about their unprofessional academic advisors. I had a pretty scary health issue and had to have surgery in the middle of the mod and because of complications I got sick and wasn't able to fully participate in my courses. These complications occurred during my attempt to complete my first 12 credit hours. After exhaustingly trying to contact and connect with my very rude instructors I was failed. I then received... Beware of Post University, I read some bad reports online but I did not listen. First of all they are a FOR PROFIT school, and they do not care about you or your needs. All post cares about are their checks from the government. Post is disorganized and their so called academic success advisers are a joke. I was told I would hear from them on a weekly to monthly basis, after being at post for 7 months I have never received a phone call or email. I tried to transfer and all of a sudden I was told I... Maybe things are different on campus, but online the site is built terribly. You'll be spending hours trying to get it work instead of working. There's very little actually help when it comes to teachers, financial, or technically. The online program just seems way behind and is not worth paying money for.

Post University is wonderful. The faculty and staff seem to genuinely care about the students and their success. Most of my instructors would work with me when life would arise and I needed extensions, or simply didn't understand something. The staff is great to work with, all respond quickly. Most important to me was a business/marketing program that was a "Science" degree (not an Arts degree) that was from a legitimate brick and mortar school- with dorms, sports teams, etc. I value my degree more...
