Between March of 2023 and August of 2023 I participated in several interviews with campus admissions advisors. I was assured that although I had mistakenly applied twice, my second Application would not affect my first application and that I had subsequently been accepted. Whenever I arrived on August 13th,2023 I was confronted by both the director of admissions and the head of security and informed that I had not been accepted and that she (the director of admissions) did not know whom had approved... The classes are great, instructors are decent, but the tuition fees are big and the stipends you receive are small. I delt with psychology courses that cost more and I had a bigger stipend to help me with financial obligations at home while attending school. They could lower some fees or lower technology fees something that helps a student financial while attending . So I wouldn't recommend them if you are looking for a school to help you maintain home while earning a degree.

Do NOT go to this school. They are ultimately, just a business. The lady who I spoke with when I was signing up, 100% flat out LIED to me! I told her I wasn’t sure about this because I can’t do math. I told her I would just go to beauty school if any math was involved. She laughed and said I would only need to do math if I was going for accounting but I would be fine. So I signed up. I completed a full year of school before I was hit with a math class. College level algebra. I failed. They put me... Read More

This school is absolutely unprofessional and disorganized! They will sell you dream, and then once they get ahold of your fincial aid the true colors start to show! Its hard to get in contact with the correct people, they are always giving you the run around, telling you what you want to hear rather than being honest and knowledgeable! No one can ever give you a direct answer. The cost per credit in the courses for Bacholers Degrees are $599... They pussyfoot with your stipends. I wouldn't even waste... Read More

The finance department hold your money for weeks and months and won’t give you a definite date to receive it. The communication is terrible across the board and classes are too expensive for what is offered. I wouldn’t refer this school to ANYONE! Waste

I have had official transcripts sent twice to the school. Even though I get email verification that they have arrived, they act like they never did. I can't get the finance dept to send me an email to set up my Bank Mobile to get refunds. The instructors that aren't professors are there just to pass time. They are barely active in the class. I have a hard time even responding to discussion boards because the number of students in the class are illiterate clowns that can't follow instructions.

It's simply just so disorganized. I've seen more organization at my son's first tee ball game. The advisors for financial aid will tell you what they think you want to hear rather than factual information. The academic advisors...it took me going to the dean to get anywhere. After speaking with the dean and him knowing my intentions he suggested another degree and different courses. This never took place till I made threats of a civil suit and calling Better Business. The courses are simply reading... Read More

This is a horrible school. Such a scam. I went there to get a degree but I failed a few classes because the professors had a horrible way of grading and they did not even help and because of that I was kicked out of the school I wanted to go to. I reached out to the academic advisor to see if I was allowed to come back in order to get into the school I wanted and I never heard back from her. I am so angry.

I have encountered many people who are supposed to help you along the journey and to assist you with making sure you succeed. Jennifer Oquendo, was the only person of contact that made my consideration for this institution worth pursuing, NOBODY ELSE. No other advisors not the professor was of any help. I began August 29, 2022 and this is the WORST experience by far. I would NEVER recommend anyone to this university.

I feel that this University is simply selling degrees. I have had some wonderful professors, but there is very little support. I am on my third academic advisor in two years. When I called to rearrange my class schedule the changes were never made. I enrolled because of my employer discount bit it is rarely applied, even after multiple calls to correct the issue. My financial advisor is impossible to get a hold of and when I do she is dismissive. After 6 months of back and forth she claimed to have... Read More

High priced, misleading, too expensive, no way for moderate-income or retired person to survive. I am going back to community college in 8 weeks! You teach yourself, no instruction , do these discussion boards , its just away to run up your debt. Please be wiser than I

This college is a joke! They are doing horrible financially, so they have you repeat classes, tell you your transcripts aren't official when they are and are all around scamming money from students. Please go somewhere else! They are by far charging more than they should be by scamming students. Its unfortunate because their online set up and professors are absolutely amazing. However I think that their graduation rate is at an all time low because of the horrible academic advisors, financial aid... Read More

the cost of the school is very unnecessary I also feel like the school is a scam. the financial aid department has messed payments up plenty of times and the costing is never correct also they don't give tuition discounts from family jobs anymore making the costs even more expensive. Also living on campus the food is never good and the rooms are old and the bathrooms aren't cleaned properly. the cost of room and board is 12,000. and it's absolutely not worth it. Absolutely horrible, chose the university because the lower tuition rate made sense. Professors are lazy, they teach NOTHING but expect perfection, have never seen a professor over a zoom call even, they don’t lecture and are slow to respond to emails if you have a question. The school is an absolute joke, no support from advisors, but really can’t think of a positive thing to say about this place, I just can’t wait to be done. I graduated in 2010 after completing a BS in Legal Studies. With the exception of one class/professor, my academic experience was great. Teachers were there to assist anytime I needed it. The only issue was with a professor of political philosophy….let’s just say we didn’t have the same philosophy and my grades show. Since returning to school as an adult and completing the BS and later a masters (at Salve Regina), I have had a 3.8 gpa. This one class I had a D- . The only real issue that I would... Read More

This "school" seems like a scam. I enrolled in classes and completed the first week. On the Sunday of Week 2, someone very dear to me died suddenly and unexpectedly. I did the right thing and contacted my advisor and professors right away, and I was assured that I would receive extensions on my deadlines as I deal with all this. I even sent an updated email with the service schedule, so that they would know when I would be completely out of touch with that. I received no further response. The days... Read More

This so called university is absolutely the worst! Any academic institution that has a rate of 97% accepts anyone, and with only an 8% graduation rate, this means that they do NOTHING to support their students and their needs! This university is an embarassment to those colleges and universities that are doing the RIGHT thing for their students. Shady in most aspects. It is a shame because the school offers the exact program that I want. However, their grading system is curious, as is their tuition reimbursement policy. Inconsistencies all around. And watch out for plagiarism on the discussion boards because instructors do not seem to care.
