The online explorer was user friendly for the most part. The Purdue library does not have the best resources especially for assignments. The instructor were absolutely incredible. Every instructor was patient, helpful and firm. I learned a great deal of information about the human services field and intend to continue until my doctorate.

I love this school so much! I see complaints about the financial department but they have been completely responsive to me. I've called multiple times and have had my questions answered in detail every call. I also really enjoy my classes and instructors. I truly feel like they want to see me succeed and notice me as a person. The instructors I have are very helpful and quicky responsive. They help you learn in a fun and detail-oriented manner. You can tell they are serious professionals but they... Read More

Biggest mistake going here. They s****** me over with money by about 2,000 dollars more than what I was suppose pay and the staff is just ridiculous. They are rude, disorganized, not even professional and have no idea what the heck they are doing let alone answer a basic question. For example, a staff member gave out my personal email to a different department of the university without saying anything to me (my school email is in the system still and works fine), laughed at me over the phone, accused... I wrote a review last time but the WORST MISTAKE ever! If you come from a low-income household like I do this in not where you want to go. I'm literally broke, they ask for a lot of money every few months and what I have to pay for just a few months to get a cerfiticate is almost as much as what my sibling went through at actual colleges. My sibling has 5 years of college which includes a bachlor's degree. I am only getting a certificate and paying almost the same amount.

This was one of the worst mistakes ever. Most of the staff was just rude when talking to them on the phone, I got laughted at by the student success coordinator over the phone as I was explaining something as well as received unnecessary attitude and I also got accused of getting an email that I never got when talking to the student success coordinator and financial aid. The communication between everyone in the Purdue Global system is was just AWFUL!! I would be told one thing and my mom would be... Read More
