"I enjoyed my time as a Purdue University student. The work load was reasonable and the instructors were highly qualified. I would recommend this school to anyone seeking an online degree program. I learned about public health and scientific research along with bioethics and biostatistics."

"Easy enrollment process. Was able to take class load that matched with my work schedule. Great and easy communication with professors and amount of class work was maintainable throughout my time here. 10 week classes made the time go by quickly. Overall would recommend!!"

"Purdue University Global (PG) was a great school to finish my bachelor’s. I had completed my Associate’s of Health Science at another online university, which did not have a bachelor’s program at that time. PG’s application process was easy, they accepted my previous credits, which essentially left me with the core classes. Each class required a considerable amount of time each week for reading, the discussion board posts, and writing assignments. The instructors were highly motivated, helpful, and willing to work with the students if needed. It wasn’t easy but, it was worth it in the end."

"I have seen quite a few negative reviews, even this year regarding Purdue University Global. It's really disappointing to see so many people let down with their experience at this school. I have not been going very long but so far am loving the school and the staff. Every time I have a question it is answered in a timely manner and they are so helpful. I struggle with my own balance of school, work, and single parenting but I have a ton of support from the staff and have had a wonderful experience. I also have not had any issues with the financial services from the school thus far."

"this school can never get it together with financial aid. Everytime I call i have some new charge or something has changed and I don't get the original refund I was promised. they never work with you for school nor are they patient when you have something going on. I seriously wish I would have never gone to this school 3 classes away from graduation in so much debt and I'm ready to stop attending. Do not expect anything to stay the same financially, do not expect them to give you straight answers with concerns and do not expect anyone to help you catch up if you go through an issue academically. I've given them so much and have received barely anything in return. Its almost as if they make it hard for you to succeed in class so you can fail and retake a class so they can make money. Not all schools are like this and I wish i would have known that earlier they want money thats it!"

"I felt it was extremely important to return to this site and review Purdue Global after graduating this June. For 12 years I left myself hanging with an Associates Degree and most of a B.S. I entered the workforce and forged ahead, made a family, bought a home, etc. I found that I had hit a wall when being asked why I have not finished by B.S. and this pressure resulted in researching different online universities to attend. Ultimately, I chose PG because they carried my program and my credits transferred in very nicely. In fact, I only needed to complete the core requirements. This meant that I would be in school for under a year to finish this degree. From beginning to end I received an abundance of support from my academic advisor. I was worried about this because part of the reason for not successfully completing my B.S. prior to this was the lack of help from an advisor at my local university. The financial aid department was great and I never had any issues with payment. They were very flexible with receiving the portion of my tuition which I was responsible for outside of financial aid. I have had several calls with admissions about pursuing a Graduation program and they have been very helpful. The entire process is very transparent. I found nothing misleading about tuition and fees. Now to address the caliber of instruction. It was excellent. All of my professors were experts in the topic matter, extremely supportive and responsive. The curriculum was very relevant and contributed to a holistic working knowledge. The work took a lot of drive, dedication and required research and a whole lot of writing. It was quiet intense. However, with good planning, it was manageable. Very clear expectations were set and grades were always in line with those expectations. I truly love this university and am very hopeful to return shortly to begin my Graduate program."

"When I began my educational journey to earn my Bachelor's degree, I chose Kaplan University. About a year into my studies, we were notified that they were going to become part of Purdue's system. Kaplan was a great online school, offering variety of degree choices and the flexibility online learners seek. I was a little apprehensive when we learned we would be changing over to Purdue's learning platform and adhering to their policies. However, the change over was very smooth. I have to say that becoming a part of the Purdue system of learning was a great experience. A degree from Purdue holds to certain standards that are widely respected. I would definitely recommend the Purdue University Global experience for anyone."

"Run, do not walk, from this school. I'm going to itemize this. Please note I carried a 4.0 while attending, so I'm no means a drop-out of failure. - This school will MAX your federal student loans PLUS some. I was frequently owing around $300+ AFTER maxing my Pell Grants and student loans. - They provide a substandard education with loads of nonsense assignments. Often times the instructors were stressed and acted like they had a gun to their heads. - This school is STILL KAPLAN. Yes, the infamous Kaplan University. Purdue Global has NOTHING to do with Purdue University. They even have the Kaplan branding on everything still. - No matter what they tell you, no matter what "status" they've been granted. PGU functions as a FOR PROFIT school, and they will hit you so hard with student loans that you will run out of money before you graduate. They will max your fed loans and pell grants to such an extent, that it is impossible to graduate without paying thousands out of pocket. - I know I keep harping on this, but they charge so much that you can't actually graduate within their project time-frame without paying thousands out each semester. If you take a full course load it will be so expensive that you will have to pay out of pocket to stay on schedule. - Once they have your money the advisors are useless. They will send you in an endless round-a-bout to other people to try and get an answer. - The financial department will not get your loans straight unless you bug them at-least 3 times. Funny enough after taking extra course credits (when I discovered that they maxed my loans with TWO classes) I owed extra cash, and after complaining enough I mysteriously didn't owe it anymore. - The degrees from here are useless. Most of their degrees are centered around health-care and law. I called a number of grad schools from chiropractic to MD and even nutritional RD schools, and none of them accepted a degree from here. They even (are required to) state that the nutritional degree is literally worthless. - Their labs are a joke and are not accepted by any reputable grad school. If you're looking to get into the medical or law field, you MUST go to a reputable brick and mortar school or you'll never find a decent job or entry to a good grad school from this place."

"The school was pretty decent. The only thing I have to complain about is the cost of college, its way to expensive for online college. I still have 7k to pay off. With that said, BS in health science is not a good degree to go for, I have not yet found a job."

"It seems to me all the negative reviews about financial aide. I have not had this problem. I get financial aide as well as I am using my Va benefits. If I have a question with anything and speak with financial aide they have always been helpful and they seem to know what they are talking about. On my end its really been pleasant. The professsors are great and my student advisor has always been there for me."
