"Buyer Beware! As a former student of Purdue Global (Kaplan), I have a lovely $150,000.00 useless piece of paper hanging on my wall, now for a BS in Health Science. Do not waste your time or your money. I have been struggling to secure gainful employment since graduating. My student loan payments are astronomical and am making less than $15.00 an hour with a Bachelors degree. One would be better off attending a technical college. The instructors were ignorant when it came to the course work. Ive worked in medicine for 15 years and the professors were not very knowledgeable on the Core Classes and would often BS their way through lecture. What a farce!"

"Although only in my 2nd term, all of the negative comments are puzzling to me. Granted, they are still using Kaplan curriculum, but it is still accredited. It will also take some time to complete rebranding. It is a distance learning environment and you will only get back what you put in. My VA benefits took a while to begin funding, but it was not the University's fault, it was a VA backlog. I have so far had a terrific experience with Professors, Advisors and Classmates. Not looking to quit anytime soon."

"I am a current student of Purdue I was recently affected by hurricane Florence where I lost everything, not even 2 weeks into the course I tried to drop it because physically and mentally it is nearly impossible for me to successfully complete the course due to the circumstances. Trying to be responsible I reached out to the school regarding my situation and I was inquiring about their policies in place for people who has been through a natural disaster, they said I would be responsible for full tuition although there was a natural disaster and they did not have anything in place. I personally no longer want to attend this school because clearly this school only cares about the money and not the well being of there students who is paying it."

"I was looking going back to school to finish up my degree, I ran across Purdue Global I am very happy to see that Purdue U ( not Global) was offering online degrees. Come to find out that this school was Kaplan ( Purdue Global). I went ahead and enroll in the school. My advisor told me that it was the same degree and the same classes being taught at Purdue U, but it not the same school. After doing some digging into the school all what Purdue U did was buy the education part of Kaplan. Purdue U told me they have nothing to do with how Purdue U is run and they don't handle any problems that going on at Purdue Global. Clearly I have a professor Ms. L. who is teaching Social Research Methods for Health Science which has no experience in the health care field, during her seminar all what you hear is a crying baby it would seem like she would attend to the baby but she keeps on talking and talking. So the degree will know as online degree just like Kaplan. DO YOUR RESEACH before you even think about going to this school it is still the same as Kaplan. I have contacted 6 schools and they all told they would not take any credits earned at Purdue Global because of the past of Kaplan and the lawsuits that Kaplan has lost. So don't be fool that you are attending Purdue U you attending whole different school with a different accreditation because I was told by the Mitch Daniels office the two schools has separate accreditation which the Prude U has different school code for aid and Purdue Global still has the same school as Kaplan, so I was that Kaplan will handle all the business part of Purdue Global and teaching methods as Kaplan U. Don't let Purdue Global fool you into thinking that you are earning a degree from Purdue U, if you earned a degree from Purdue Global your degree will be read as PURDUE UNIVERISTY GLOBAL NOT PURDUE UNIVERSITY THERE A HUGE DIFFERENCE IN THE DEGREES."

"Giving me the run around. 5 classes from getting my bachelors degree. My loans were all set to go up until July 2018. During this term I noticed my loans didnt go through and they told me I put the school code in wrong. I havent changed my school code and has worked all through 2018. I call them on week 5 of my classes that havent gotten paid for and they tell me I am maxed out on my loans and i am only able to get $57,000 max for loans. So you set me up for failure by not even having enough funding to receive my bachelor's degree. It cost more than $57,000 for the bachelor's degree. I wonder if everyone has to pay out of pocket to finish paying for school. Are they getting robbed too?"
