"This school is a sham. I was a student at Kaplan and even though there were many promises made to help me be successful, there was never people to call and help me out. Thanks to this school, I owe thousands upon thousands of dollars for student loans. I was in my last classes and this school did not let me complete my degree. I would actually run from this school if you really want to know the truth."

"I would like to start off by saying if anyone thinks an educational institute isn't for profit than no wonder you feel the way you do (sour). Purdue University Global has it like any other online institute, some Professors are good and care about your advancements, and there are some that do not know a thing. As for the advisors, when you enroll with the first advisor keep in mind that is the sales force. They will pitch you on things to get you in and enrolled, but if you ask the right questions and do your research and know what you are looking for in an institute you will be fine. No one is forcing you to go there, at one point you were like me looking up reviews and comments on the schools you are interested in. What I was saying about the advisors, after your first or second term you will be assigned a new advisor. Keep in mind that there are thousands of online students so your advisor may have a hand full to keep tabs on. If you do all your course work and get your assignments done and keep over a 2.0 GPA, then there really isn't a reason to speak to or be spoken to by your advisor. Remember school/college online line or not is a business so look at your advisor like a manager. When you are at work and you have a question, do you just get to go to corporate and say "hey I need this," no you do not, you go to your supervisor or manager? There you go, your adviser is your supervisor and they answer to their superiors, up to the Dean, and even the Dean has a board of rich white people sitting around a table they have to answer too."

"I was at Purdue for a year and a half with a GPA of 3.17. Until I became ill and was in ICU for 17 days fighting for my life. I was then dropped from Purdue for attendance and expected to pay 1,600 to return. No I am not in school and my hard work was for nothing. Thanks Purdue for being so helpful!! The school is overpriced !! And just cares about money..."

"I would NEVER recommend this school to anyone, NOT even to my worst enemy if I had one. This lack luster university and is a complete SHAM of a school with a poorly adhered Purdue University wrapping paper attached to is disgraceful name. Everything about the MBA program screams FOR PROFIT! First of all in the accelerated program, students only have 6 weeks for all of the modules. At first that seemed easy enough however depending upon the class each assignment is just unnecessary work. The design of the program was not created for the majority of working parents to succeed (definitely not for single parents). All of the rules are geared towards you spending more money and Kaplan making more money. The reason I call it Kaplan is because all of the courses are STILL Kaplan courses nothing has been changed to the standards of Purdue University. The majority of the professors are awful they either over grade or under grade therefore, you never know what to expect. The advisors are useless and provide little to no help or guidance and there is ZERO support at this fruitless awful online university. I really cannot emphasize enough for anyone thinking of this program to just forget it. Also there are way too many courses for an MBA of this caliber. The courses are all over the place and USELESS! One module was about writing professional letters and emails which is beyond ridiculous. Why not have an international business course, or business law or something more significant that TRULY relates to an MBA degree. Recently, I have also seen on the Kaplan forums that recent graduates cannot find work even with Kaplan being under the Purdue umbrella. Unless you have a really amazing job at an excellent company that will promote you either way I wouldn't even give this program a second thought. Going to this university has been one of the greatest mistakes of my life and I hope to prevent as many people as possible from making the mistake I have unfortunately made. I would advise you to listen to students that have gone before you and do not fall into the trap of the sweet talking admissions advisors that are ONLY looking to make their sales numbers."

"VETERANS BEWARE (or really anyone beware). When applying to school, I made it very clear that I was only trying to take a few classes in order to get into another program. When I stopped taking classes in 2017, Purdue sent me a Bill for $350 dollars. This bill was for clinicals that I had never taken, and never planned to take. They claimed that I had to pay this whether I took the clinicals or not. I have been to two actual professional institutions, and I have never seen anything like this before. Take your money elsewhere."

"Purdue University Global was previously Kaplan University. My experience was much more positive prior to the transition. My Kaplan professors were of an entirely different caliber in comparison to my Purdue professors. The last two terms of my degree were disorganized, chaotic, and in the hands of individuals who lacked insight, the ability to provide any type of valuable constructive feedback, and unable to complete a directive without grammatical and spelling errors. It was a very unprofessional experience and I am thankful to be done. I would not recommend a graduate nursing degree from Purdue Global University if you are looking to receive an education."

"Horrible experience. The academic advisors are not helpful, AT ALL! The only good part was the assistance during the application. Youll learn just as much if you read a textbook. I liked my instructor but the course was not at all worth the money. Too expensive. Advisors arent helpful."

"PG started out ok. Then found out that my state did not recognize the association that PG was with. Tried to withdraw but was told to finish the term due to financial aid so I did. Well I finished the term and got a final grade the day before the next term was suppose to start. Found out that they withdrew me after finishing the term but I still could not get my financial aid that I was awarded. So now I am $2000 in debt to a school that lied to me. I talked to one man about my financial aid and said everything was on track and then I called and spoke with a different man and he said that I withdrew which I did not. Very disappointing but on a good note the professor I had was really caring and emailed me when she had concerns. The seminars were nice and that they gave you another option if you could attend that seminar. Would not recommend this so called university."

"I have been a full time student, working adult and mom for three years at this institution. I had 15 years of healthcare leadership experience, knew I wanted to do more but needed a degree. Kaplan, later Purdue Global, has met my needs and then some. I will say that my overall experience has been incredibly positive. The negative reviews here honestly shock me. As an adult learner through an online platform, you have to be accountable. This is not a place to just slide by. Pros - The finance process was seamless. I did my FAFSA online and set up a monthly payment plan for the remainder. The finance office returned any call, answered every question and was very accommodating with my out of pocket expenses. My Adviser was AMAZING. I cannot say enough about her. She checked on me every week, provided constant encouragement and ensured I understood the classes I was taking, the sequencing and what I would be taking each semester to meet my timeline. The course work was challenging enough that I learned, what I thought, was a great deal. The pace of the 10 week classes felt just right. I took the portfolio course for work experience credits and it was worth the effort. The professors were knowledgeable and helpful. I learned concepts that I began applying immediately. I still refer back to some of the teachings, principals and concepts. Cons - I really missed not having actual textbooks. They are all online. Some professors navigate the seminar technology better than others. It seems to be significantly better since it became Purdue. I plan on working towards my MBA with Purdue. This was a very good experience and stands out well on my resume."
