"This school is C*****. I hate them worse mistake I ever made. So I caught the flu and ended up hospitalized they treated me like c***, dropped me from classes and sent me a big bill. Yeah don't be fooled it is not self paced and they do not care about you."

"Absolutely horrible. The financial aid office is a joke. I have the GI Bill and because the financial aid office waited until September 7 to offer an award package when classes started 22 August, I will be done with the term before receiving any aid. I'm not a first time loan borrower, but the school says because I am a first time PG student they won't even request loans until 18 October. The term ends 30 October. I'm a disabled veteran with a wife and child. We're in debt because they wait 30 days to submit the enrollment verification to the VA. We're pretty much half way through the term, my bank account is overdrawn sixty dollars, and I am ready to go somewhere else since researching about Kaplan University. I am ready to withdraw. No payments have been requested. So why not try a real college... Maybe if they fixed my financial aid situation I would rerate them. But they hurt me more than helped me. And they really don't care. VETS STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCHOOL!!! EVERYONE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCHOOL! Those two 'good' reviews are almost positively fake. Just saying I wish I could go back in time and stop myself. Should have stayed with APUS."

"I completed my MBA in 1.5 years. When I did my research I could not find another program that offered a completely online format from a school with the same or similar credentials/accreditation. Professors were great and helped tremendously outside of the live lectures. I only used the free tutoring for one class, but the tutors were patient, helpful, and spent all the time I needed to better understand a particularly challenging course. Assignments were challenging yet appropriate given career level. Success in any career requires commitment and discipline so online courses may not be the best option for all candidates."

"HORRIBLE. No military veteran should attend here. They hold your financial aid funds hostage for too long. Over 30 days from the scheduled release date. Even the va rep doesn't know what hes doing. Not certifying your enrollment on time and delaying educational benefits."

"The one-star reviewers likely realized PG is far superior academically to their previous online schools, and they couldn't keep up with the rigor of hardcore instruction and simply dropped out. I was shocked by the staggering difference in academics in taking my first class, and struggled simply for the reason that the school I had transferred from was nothing like this at all. These were real university courses. They made me think, they made me work, and they were hard. The other school did not do this. People would use emoji's and use LOL and other "text speak" to respond to answers for daily questions and the Professor allowed it. At PG this will not fly. I think this is another reason people give it bad reviews. They want easy, but they also want a degree with a university name that means something. But, you have to put the work in to get what you want. Honestly, it was not easy to get in to PG. I interviewed with the representative, my GPA was 3.4 from the school I transferred from and I had to explain to him why I would be a good fit. I have dealt with the same people since I started. I have had my credits transfered from my previous university, I have spoke with Financial Aid several times and had great communication with them. I cannot promise that nothing will go awry in my schooling, but I so far I have dealt with kind and pleasant people who seem to want to help me, and I feel that this institution is giving an amazing gift to those of us who are able to finish our degrees raise our families, and work our 40 hour week jobs. The gift of a first rate education right; from our own homes. So, for me and my family - we are grateful! I am proud to be a Boilermaker!"

"This college is horrible. I transferred from SNHU because I thought I would be getting a Purdue Education. This is not Purdue. It is still Kaplan. Purdue paid a $1 to put its name on it, like companies pay for naming rights on sports stadiums. Still behaving and using Kaplan policies. When filing a grievance, they don't care what FAFSA or Department of Education say. They rule based on "THEIR POLICIES." Save your money and find a reputable college. After transferring from Kaplan, I realize that Accounting degree is worthless. Reputable schools are actually teaching curriculum that is relevant to the degree. What makes this sad is I understood the reason Purdue was pursing this. Its too bad Purdue trustees kept Kaplan's administrative policies in place."

"Don't understand the poor reviews on here. I too had a financial aid issues and they explained to me that it would take a while to get sorted out. But, eventually it worked out. This is my first term and it was hard. I only took one class and they really hold you accountable. Discussion boards and seminars are east points but the other assignments are tough. This is what I expect from a graduate school. Most people think online is easy but it's tougher than what people think. My advisor is amazing and called to check on me half way through my term. I understand the switch from kaplan to purdue was tough. Do your research and make sure you have all the information from your advisor. If you're not pleased, ask for a different one."

"I've had a good experience overall at PG. The professors seem to know what they're doing, and the I like how the seminars work in regard to scheduling. The only bad thing I have to say is there Career Services Department lacks the services that other colleges do. At my old school you would go to the career department and they would say something like "go to this company, they've hired out students in the past", or apply for these types of jobs. I've been in contact for a while now with Purdue Global and all I seem to get is a "Good luck apply on your own". Other than that though I would recommend it. Just don't expect any help with jobs."

"This school is a money scam. Finacial Aid and the Business Office refuse to respond and finish paperwork. My Loans and grants never posted unless it was in there favor. The price is way higher than listed. I was dropped from the program for not logging in to my courses, due to my disburement not being refunded for over 3 weeks passed scheduled date. I had $15k taken out in fasfa loans, dropped and once again I have to wait to enroll in another school. I know there are great instructors there, but itsnot worth the heartache trying to get enrolled finacial aid and the business office run around."
Worst College Ever - 8/27/2018
Degree: Public Health
Graduation Year: 2018
"Worst experience ever!!!! I started with Kaplan but in the middle of my first quarter they changed over to Purdue. My counselor was terrible. The teachers (not all but most) were terrible. In one of the courses, the instructor talked about how to use the online classroom the whole duration of the course! Each week, instead of teaching about the subject, he would answer questions about how to use the online classroom. Very frustrating. Did not learn ANYTHING from that teacher. Then I had a few pregnancy difficulties during the quarter which ended up putting me into the ER and hospital. I reached out to my counselor and asked to be withdrawn due to falling behind. I was put through a huge loop of different people, offices, and was never explained the policies. I attempted to reach out to her multiple times without hearing from her. So I reached out to someone else that got a hold of her. She told me that I would receive a W for withdrawal on the transcript. I got 2 F's. I kept trying to contact her to see why I got F's. She wouldn't respond. Very unprofessional! I was sent to different people again until the Dean contacted me. He paid me back the money for the classes but refused to reverse the 2 F's! If you go to this school, which I highly do not recommend, use email for everything to have proof of the conversations because they play games of "he said, she said". Wasted my time and money. My cousin also had a terrible experience with the counselor and teachers. Plus her financial aide got messed up."
