"When I attended RMU in 2012 I was excited. But when I got there and started I became to hate it. The people who ran res-life didnt care. (I came 5 hours away with no car, nothing) most of the people there didnt care. The campus is nice, nothing to do, if you werent in Greek life you were nothing. My degree was a joke with professors basically grading on what they personally like. No real world lesions etc. Financial aid is another story. They are a joke. No help, they charge you out the a** for useless courses and just a piece of paper that most students cant get a job in due to lack of experience and being over qualifed. So basically were in $80,000 of debt for nothing, housing is s***, the food is way over priced too. Thanks for messing up my life for making my degree useless/wasting my time and making me not being able to buy a house etc. OH, and if you are in the military dont bother. They dont help military personnel go to college. They charge them $30,000+ for one year."

"Choosing to attend Robert Morris University was one of the best decisions I've made in my life. Not only did it prepare me for a career as a psychologist, it allowed me to grow as an individual and inspired me to follow my dreams. One of the best things about RMU is the small class size and the faculty to student ratio. While RMU has all the resources of a large university, it still feels personal and you get to know all of your professors and classmates very well. You are able to ask for help if you need it, and you will not get lost in the shuffle like you might at a larger institution. The professors and staff truly care about the students and their success. I can't say enough about all the support and encouragement I received over the past four years. There are so many opportunities to get involved on campus, from intramural sports to Greek life to clubs and student activities. I would recommend RMU to anyone in a heartbeat."

"Robert Morris was my home away from home. I could walk around campus and always see a friendly face. The campus was big enough to make you really feel like you were getting the college experience, but not too big that you felt lost. The food was excellent in comparison to a lot of other schools I visited. Class sizes were perfect."

"Loved the school and the professor were great. The year I graduated (2009) there were alot of people losing jobs. Along with no experience was also a big impact of Why I could not find a job. If I had to do it over I would have got more involved in school and did a few internships geared to my degree."

"Small enough to be personal, large enough to matter. You really get out what you put into it"

"I began my time at Robert Morris as a transfer student. From the very beginning the staff and advisers were very helpful in getting me set up in the classes that I needed to complete my education. I was able to successfully move through my classes with many opportunities to learn in the classroom and the field. I was able to be involved with many clubs and organizations. The relationships I formed and the information that i learned eventually lead me to the job that i currently hold. It is in my field of study and I began here just 3 months after graduating. Robert Morris was an extremely positive experience for me."

"RMU is a school where you get out what you put in. If you float by, you may not get a whole lot out of it. I you want to get involved, you can and it will be rewarding."

"Robert Morris University is an excellent school with great faculty with tremendous knowledge of the courses they instruct due to the long illustrious careers in their fields. I've received real world knowledge that I can apply today in my career from RMU. Also, school has many professor with deep roots in technology and business, two very in-demand fields today. With a brand new state-of-the-art business school and intense computer science courses, you can't really go wrong in your career search afterwards."

"RMU was a great school anesthetically. It had a beautiful campus, always had activities going on whether it was a sporting event or a fundraising bake sale. The student body was less than desirable unless you lived on campus. A frequent complaint was the divide between commuters and residents, then residents and Greek life. The staff was also split, good and bad, in my personal opinion. I had some great professors who cared; I had some professors who could care if you were to succeed or not. The scheduling staff is horrible. I scheduled the majority of my classes myself. There are many places to hang out on campus and the food is actually fairly decent (while the price is not). Overall, I recommend RMU if you just want to go to class and not be bothered with and somewhat find yourself in the solitude, otherwise be prepared to find yourself labeled a snot, slut, or jock so you can fit in and get a pricey degree."

"Great school for what it offers. I wish it had more extracurricular science-based activities to pad my resume out of college, but that's up to the student to look for."

"It was great to get a 4 year degree in 3 years. We only had 1 week off for summer break, but it was nice to be done while my friends still had another year to go. I also liked that I didn't have to schedule my own classes. It was quick and efficient."

"Tell us about your college experience. My college experience was very rewarding because I learned a lot and I met some great people in the process. The teachers were very helpful and the curriculum was designed for success. I enjoyed the environment and learned a great deal.Would you get the same degree if you could start over?If I chose to go back to school I would choose a different area of study. The accounting field which I am in currently has a lot of stress and it is very easy to burn yourself out like I did. I would choose a profession based on overall satisfaction and happiness as opposed to what can earn me the most money. What advice can you offer other students?  "

"The school is a deal compared to others in the area. Its sports are picking up but other than that it is a commuter school with little to do on campus compared to other larger universities. Overall the teachers are helpful and resources like blackboard are widely used."
