"I am going into my last semester of the FNP program. If you are considering SJCME for a graduate degree, look elsewhere immediately. This program is an absolute joke. Each semester is just copy and pasted from the semester before. There are SOME good instructors but overall, the rest are pretty horrendous. The instructors don't even make the quizzes they test you on and unfortunately are made up by a "higher up" individual who uses her 25 years experience as rationale compared to evidence based practice. If you are good at reading through 30 pages of textbook to study without ppts, you may benefit from this program. Also keep in mind, there are no weekly meetings just "discussions" which are as useless as the basic ppts that are clearly from the text. I just want to put on the record I am doing well in this program, I just think overall this program is an abomination to medicine and would have quickly transferred if I knew it would have been this bad. This program needs a serious revamp."

"The Pre-physician assistant program at the school is very under developed. In most cases I knew more about the requirements for my major then my advisors did. The school also is very expensive and in my opinion not worth thee 50,000 a year price tag. I am entering my junior year and it is to late to transfer now. I advise to not go to this school unless you have a substantial amount of extra money lying around and definitely do not go Pre-Med here, go to a better school for Pre-Med. Th only program that is decent here is the nursing program."

"Being a full-time employed student and finishing my degree while being pregnant created a stressful environment to say the least. I was able to complete my degree within a reasonable time with the help of the instructors. The one and only time I was on campus was for my graduation and I felt so welcome. It was nice to be able to put faces to the names I had seen so many times. The online experience is great with being able to start your classes on the first day of any month and having an open curriculum. Plus, my advisor was a great help with it all."

"Small school, weekends seemed to empty out as a lot of the students went home, or elsewhere, for the weekend. I lived close so I went home about every other weekend. Otherwise, I enjoyed going to school there, great academic program. Fun activities for the students. Would recommend."
