"I love Saint Leo University. I'm disappointed that not everyone on this forum had a good experience with the school. I personally had nothing but an amazing experience. I was part of the online accounting bachelor program. The professors are all knowledgeable and helpful. It is challenging, which is great. Even though it's a business program, they make you write papers and essays in some of the classes, which is good, because multiple choice questions don't always assess your knowledge of the material. No, there are no breaks in between classes, except for the winter break. But then again, you're going at an accelerated pace, doing classes every 8 weeks. Therefore, there's no space for breaks. It's all on your commitment level. I'm so happy to have found this school and enrolled in it. I learned so much, I grew tremendously in the program, and I really have nothing negative to say. My advisors, Erika, and now Renelda, were both encouraging, positive advisors. They know their stuff, these advisors, and they make you feel like it's doable, which it is. It's hard but it's doable. It's true that it's perhaps more expensive than a public school. But the quality of the education makes up for it. I graduated this year, and I work in a Fortune 100 company now. Saint Leo was a great choice for me!"

"I am enrolled in St. Leo's Accounting program. I have found the staff supportive beyond the wildest dreams. The course work is challenging, but I am able to choose when and where I can study. The program is semester hours and not quarter hours, so compare apples to apples and not apples to oranges. Anytime you are in an institution that has 17,000 plus students there is bound to me a hiccup or two. At least it's not 50,000 or 60,000 like U of F or Florida State. I have had a hiccup getting a few things initiated and resolved, but I am in charge of my destiny and make sure that I follow-up just like anything else in life. If you need hand holding or the physical brick and mortars than perhaps no on-line school is for you. They have a good reputation and they are one of the 5 largest Catholic Universities in the World. My experience has been pleasant thus far. I know I will be challenged and I am up for it. Go for it! St. Leo is awesome"

"Saint Leo University offers a wonderful online program. The flexibility of the online B.A. enables me to complete college without sacrificing my job or time with my family. Every department I have worked with has knowledgeable and friendly employees; they truly seem to portray the Core Values of Saint Leo.The online website and classroom portal are user friendly, easy to navigate and convenient. The sites are always available for me to logon when it suits my schedule. However, that is not to say this is an easy program. I work hard in each class but the payoff is wonderful – one step closer to graduation!I also enjoy the diverse group of people in each class. There are people from all over the world attending the online program. The different perspectives on business topics broaden the entire classes view on each subject. The professors are well-versed in their disciplines and share many real world experiences with the class. I enjoy knowing how the subject I am learning is applied in the workforce. All in all my experience with Saint Leo University online has been extremely positive. I would recommend this school to anyone who is willing to listen."

"No one really appreciates the degrees one earns here in my experience. They like to hear USF or UF.Furthermore when I started the Master's program it was a mess. Could never get hold of the instructor and the counselors were about useless. Finally after not being able to contact the instructor about recieving a password to log on to an online site St. Leo helped me drop the class but almost didn't want to refund my money. As much money as one pays to go here they should help the students find jobs in their field.I graduated with 3.8. Not one offer in the field of accounting. I feel this is a diploma mill college like Phoenix or these other scam schools."
