"I was a nice school. They keep their class on the small size less than 30 in any class. They have expanded a lot over the last 5 years. The school of business uses a lot of technology in the classes. No matter your major you will find your moving up with the same people."

"Avoid even going there! Won't work with you and your classes if you want to transfer and overly charge for classes. Short deadlines to drop out classes .I repeat Avoid even going there! "Saint Leo University was a great learning experience. I love the blended classes. The professors are great because they truly want you to succeed. I had to stop attending due to medical problems and the university worked with me every step of the way."

"Other people tried to talk me out of going to Saint Leo because it was a private college and the cost was suppose to be higher. I was a non traditional student so I went to classes at night and the cost was comparable to the public college family had tried to encourage me to go to. I loved the small classes and the fact that we stayed together through the whole program. The professors were great and I truly feel that I got an exceptional education. I recommend Saint Leo to anyone wanting to go into education."

"Saint Leo has a great Elementary Ed program that prepared me to become a highly effective teacher! Flexible hours, very knowledgeable instructors and great support from mentors! While doing my internships I was able to get a great introduction to lesson planning, differentiated instruction and other research-based best practices that have help shape my teaching approaches and philosophy. Their program offers a very well rounded program that helped me edify weak areas and allowed me to get ready to not only get certified in my state but also find my first teaching assignment. I love Saint Leo and I'm proud of being an alumni. I didn't even looked for other schools when I was thinking about doing my masters degree. I knew I couldn't go wrong by joining Saint Leo again!"

"Hi All - I am currently a MBA student taking classes at Chesapeake Virginia Campus. I am so ashamed to say that I am graduating from Saint Leo. This past year has been pure hell and I am warning you, DO NOT ATTEND THIS SCHOOL. They offer minimal classes on-ground (and the professors that teach this one class, MBA 560, MR. CONTEH is the worst. If a class is not offered on ground, you have no other choice but to take an online class which is $500 - $600 more. People, GO TO ANOTHER UNIVERSITY. I am now convinced that they don't care. Please spread the word to stay away from this school."

"St. Leo is small and private so it's expensive and the social scene isn't big, but the education program is detailed, current, and designed with REAL teachers in mind. I would find myself jealous of larger "state schools" with football teams and more shopping/ bar options, however Saint Leo University was incredible at preparing me for teaching. The professors were thoughtful, considerate, quick at grading, and provided excellent feedback. The internships were realistic, easy to navigate, and honestly the best preparation for actually being in the classroom. The school was traditionally designed, yet very technological in it's advances. I also really appreciated the Catholic aspect and being able to spiritually connect and feel refreshed whenever necessary on campus."

"I attended a satellite campus in Lake City FL. I attended classes at night and online so I could maintain my full time employment. This college really worked around my busy schedule!"

"I absolutely love Saint Leo University. I have been attending since 2012 and previously earned by B.A. in Psychology through a blended format. The university has partner campuses which you can attend and online formats. The online setting is one of the best I have experienced (not Blackboard based!) and is very easy to use and understand. The courses are challenging and professors are student-oriented. I am going to graduate this summer with my M.B.A. The coursework thus far has been 100% applicable to my current work situation. The advisers are always prompt and helpful and I have never had a problem with financial aid. The one semester my cap was reached, I was approved for the next package so that I could graduate on time. I have never known another school to be so student centric (I have attended community college and another public university before transferring to SLU). The B.A. program had grants and also applied scholarships (Bright Future's, etc.) before loans. The M.B.A. is primarily loan centric, however you can adjust the amount accepted. I was always approved for higher than the actual tuition cost which is useful for those who need to supplement income with a refund. I highly recommend this school. One note, however, is that the coursework online can be challenging because the sessions are 8 week quarters. If you are not disciplined for online education, definitely seek on campus coursework."

"I absolutely LOVED my experience with Saint Leo University. I took classes through the Lake City campus. There was only ONE teacher I had that I didn't like, and he was only there for ONE semester. All of my other instructors were phenomenal. The classes were challenging enough to teach you, fun enough to stick with you, and educational enough to feel like you actually did something, other than pay for a diploma. My degree with Saint Leo was the deciding factor in the job I recently obtained. I had set out for this job for some time after graduating. When the opening came, I had some stiff competition. It was my degree from Saint Leo that was confirmed to have made the deciding decision. I wouldn't have traded my professors, the staff, the materials, or my experience for anything else in the world. I recommend them to anyone I know who is pursuing a business degree."
