"For online learning, You log in listen to a few chat, read a book, send in a paper, Hmm, that's NOT how one achieves a quality education. As an executive, I will never consider hiring someone from such a program. I took a class to "test" the quality of the program, they failed. I already have two Master Degrees. If you want the "paper" degree, fine. Also, There is major mismanagement of student case loads and student aid not processed correctly putting students in a spot where they own cash. I had a death in the family and they never processed my withdraw and demanded 40% extra in fees! I offered a payment plan they refused what they said was a partial payment without additional earning in interest and fees for the University. They never called to warn me that if I drop regardless of my Father's death, they would still charge me and issue a grade! Instead, they played to time table so they could have a excuse the bill me a year later! The President of the school never responds back to request to talk, ever! They send generic no name E-mails asking for cash too. Their collection partner tells your friends your personal information such as your DOB asking if that is me and ID their agency to clearly let everyone know they are a collection agency for SNHU. In some cases, they work with waive fees for younger student per the BBB, yet the older students they firmly demand large fees. It's only a matter of time they will have legal issue from many censored students. If your a victim, contact a lawyer. The University activity censors negative comments on Facebook. Also, their younger on campus students are encouraged to rate 5 stars to tilt the fact of the quality of this program."
