"It's been a long road to getting my Master's degree, but I finally made it. The program wasn't overly interactive, so if you are the type of person who needs that extra personal touch, this might not be the place for you. However, if you are self-motivated like I am, you will find that the experience is quite enjoyable. There was only one course that I dropped out of because it wasn't well organized, but when I took it the second time it was great like all the other courses. My advisor, Mawn, always responded to me within 24 hours and was very helpful any time I had a concern. Instructors for the most part were knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. I am very pleased with my experience and wholeheartedly recommend this school to others."

"WARNING - THIS SCHOOL TAKES STUDENTS MONEY - If the professor gives you a bad grade for no reason at all - or if the professor discriminates against you the school will not do anything. They force you to stay in the class and leave with no choice but to withdrawal. They will NOT refund you any money. After 2 weeks they have no refund policy and they advantage of you because of that. They simply do not care. Their advisors are the worst. LOOK at this school's feedback on YELP. Other students are trying to warn others that this school TOOK THEIR MONEY. They took 2K from me and refused to address a racist professor in cyber security. They chose the white professor over an Hispanic. ALL they care about is getting your money. RUN from this school. This just my opinion but apparently other students all have had the same experience. head of advising doesn't care. ST doesn't care. Their dean doesn't care. Director of Advising doesn't care."

"Low quality education, inexprienced instructors, some of the staff at the international office seem to be very rude, and real costly but the education you get seems to be subpar. They were very eager to accept me here, no surprise considering the admission rate but it was not what I expected."

"I have previously written a positive review for my undergraduate psychology degree at this University. I have just finished my first master's IT class, IT 505, Core Technologies. The instructor (M. Gallaher) was amazing, and incredibly engaging with his students. He is employed with NASA (yes, SNHU has excellent instructors). The Core Technologies class was an introduction to information technology, and I am looking forward to taking the rest of the courses in the program to graduate with a Master's of Science in Information Technology with a Web Development concentration. If you are looking for a quality education, excellent advisers, and an organized financial aid department, this school has it."

"I completed an MSIT at SNHU Online in slightly over two years. I have 20+ years of IT experience, and would say the MSIT course content was current/relevant and the overall experience exceptional. Coursework averaged about 12hrs per week. 3 months after graduation I was accepted into Penn State for a Masters of Software Engineering and my SNHU degree was completely accepted without provisions. I attended two other online colleges prior to SNHU, those being Boston University and Florida Institute of Technology, and SNHU hands down by far was the superior experience. I would recommend the MSIT program at SNHU to anyone."

"You won't learn anything about IT there are no labs, some point of time you will come to know how to write an article in APA format. You will never know how to write hello world in Java if you join this school. Waste of time , waste of money, you will get a fake degree awarded by fake people."
