"I was a college dropout and I was working 2 jobs just to be broke by the end of the month. SNHU has made it possible for me to work and get my college degree. I love SNHU. The people are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Financial aid paid for my education. I loved my SNHU experience and I recommend it to anyone!"

"SNHU is a tier 1 ranked university. Regionally accredited and awarded special accreditation (European), which is rare for an American base university. Beautiful campus. Great sports teams. Also, SNHU has beautiful dorms. Many of the professors at SNHU graduated from prestigious universities such as Harvard,Yale, etc. SNHU has many students who graduated from upscale universities. Harvard University and other upscale universities hires SNHU graduates to teach. SNHU course work is difficult. THIS UNIVERSITY IS NOT A DIPLOMA MILL LIKE CAPELLA OR UNIVERSITY OF PHOENIX. SNHU IS AN ACTUAL UNIVERSITY. IT IS A BRICK-AND-MORTAR UNIVERSITY THAT OFFERS ONLINE PROGRAMS. I graduated from FSU, which is a state university in Florida. I had such a terrible experience. After I graduated with my BA, I applied to John Hopkins University and got accepted into their Advance Academic Program in Applied Economics (online). Like John Hopkins University, FSU treats students like numbers and price tags. Fees at FSU were OUTRAGES! John Hopkins was worst! I spent about $8,000 (rough estimation) in two courses alone...which I regret. The course work at SNHU is 10 tens more difficult than at John Hopkins. John Hopkins is a prestigious university, but their online programs are terrible and expensive. Sorry. Applying to SNHU has been the greatest thing that I have ever done since graduating from Miami-Dade College with my Associates of Arts. The course work is difficult, but you learn from hands-on faculty members. SNHU career services is incredible. I am proud to be a SNHU graduate student. One of the best schools in the country. I really dislike students who insult SNHU, especailly when they compare us to schools like Capella, UoP, Ashford, etc. SNHU has a great reputation and SNHU is a private university in NH. The problem is that students are lazy and want a free ride. Whether college maybe online or on campus, YOU HAVE TO STUDY!!!! Not all professors are good. And that applies to universities like Harvard, FSU, UM, FIU, FAU, MDC, UND, and etc. Every university has their pros and cons. I can give you a list of over 200 cons regarding FSU's programs, faculty, and campus. FSU is a joke and the students attending only care about getting drunk, and about 50% of the professors are extremely arrogant. In addition, the university is in the middle of no where! After graduating from FSU and attending John Hopkins University for 1 semester, SNHU saved me."

"I love this new online college- If you are online and dissatisfied- look around! I was drowning at the old one- bored and miserable- the people- including professors-were only going for a piece of paper or paycheck. I just assumed online was like that everywhere! Not so! My new college has forums for each major and most students are really engaging in the DB's! The professor I have currently is actually READING our work and giving REAL feedback- after three years of misery, I am finally excited to do my work. I hope that this helps others who are one the other end of a computer staring numbly at there classes and counting them down! There is hope out there- look around! Thank you SNHU"

"Like several other reviewers, I've attended a number of Online Universities since 2006. I earned my AA at UOPX and my BA at Ashford. Spent some time at Northcentral and Purdue working on my masters. Hands down SNHU is the best! Challenging. Relevant. Engaged instructors. Helpful staff. I worked in a remote village in India during the Winter 2014 term. The technology folks were fantastic especially considering we could only communicate using chat mode."

"I had done a lot of research prior to selecting SNHU. In the end, I am very happy with the choice I made. SNHU was extremely helpful from the get-go, and not pushy in getting me to enroll. I had several credits transfer from a local technical college, which I was happy with. My advisor is really helpful, and the instructors have been great. There are some tough courses and it does take some self-motivation to stay active in your coursework, but that is true for any school. I have recommended SNHU to several friends and colleagues. Also, I am not in the military, but I know that several classmates have made mention to how SNHU is very military-friendly school. If you lead a busy life like I do and are looking to squeeze in a degree, SNHU is a good fit."

"I called SNHU because their commercial actually sounded like they wanted to help. I currently have 56shrs from my previous accredited university. I currently do not have the time to attend a regular classroom environment cause of work. SNHU told me they could only take 30shrs and the others I would have to redo through SNHU. Helping the military or looking out for your needs is BS!"

"SNHU is an excellent program to be able to do at home, online. It is some of the best classes I have taken, alongside with some of the most difficult. The instruction and interaction is much better than some of the online programs I have done."

"I loved that I could work on the assignments for each week on my own time! The instructors got an answer back to your questions quickly and many of the instructors led more than 1 course so you didn't have to learn how they grade assignments for every single class."

"I am currently enrolled in my second class towards a Masters in Child and Adolescent Developmental Psychology. I have to say I am extremely impressed with the quality of instructor. My current professor has a PhD in Clinical Psychology from Columbia University and works as a psychologist at Columbia. She has been phenomenal and responds quickly if you have questions/concerns. I have never had an adviser call to simply check up on me to see how I was doing in my undergrad. Prepare to have it done if you attend SNHU. My adviser calls me two to three times in one term to see how my classes are and to see if I needed anything. Simply doing this makes me feel I picked the right college. I have also recruited people from my job, and they have also told me of the amazing professors they have had. I say if you are thinking of coming to SNHU, just do it."
