"Springfield College's occupational therapy program is a great program where hands on experiences are prioritized for students. I really enjoyed all of the community based activities we were assigned. The program also has a strong focus on knowing how to research. This is NOT research to advance the reputation of our professors, but research to advance our knowledge in evidence based practices which will help us be better clinicians in our careers. I think Springfield College has definitely prepared me for practicing occupational therapy."

"I am currently a junior in a six-year Physician Assistant program. Springfield College is an excellent college with a great Physician Assistant program. It also has many other majors at the BA level. The campus is very nice with excellent facility. The staff and Professors are very professional and helpful. There are many international students. The size is perfect to get an excellent education in a nice environment."

"I enjoyed receiving my master's from a small liberal arts college that was focused on their students. I never felt like a number and I truly felt like my professors were supportive and wanted me to succeed and become a capable and compassionate therapist."

"Springfield College is, without a doubt, the best school in the country. The content knowledge that you will walk away with is second to none. When I graduated and people saw that I came from Springfield College, they knew what my potential was. Springfield will make sure that you work hard and can be demanding, but that is what makes it the greatest school in the country."

"Springfield College strives to educate their students and promotes leadership in service to others. Their curriculum is not solely focused on books, but the mind, body, and spirit which is crucial to the students learning experience. In order to excel in our fields, we have to take care of ourselves to better serve our communities, businesses, etc. My program, in particular, emphasizes this by holding class every other weekend, rather than every week. In addition, Springfield offers opportunities to students to earn an income throughout the school year. These opportunities are not presented often but, if you are able to, its a great way to get involved on campus and earn extra income. Being in a Graduate program, Im not exposed to much of the campus life or activities however, the social work program helps you build rapports with others in the program who are embarking on a similar journey. The professors help promote these rapports and are very supportive. Theyre active listeners, understanding, and flexible in order to accommodate the needs of their students. If I had to address one weakness about Springfield College, it would be the lack of support from the Business Office. When I requested assistance with my payment plan, a few of the representatives were not helpful, as they would respond rudely to my questions and referred me to the website. Despite those incidents, I was finally able to get in touch with someone from the office who was more helpful and attentive to my questions/concerns. Overall, I think Springfield is a great institution that offers a wide range of courses for students to excel."

"The program here is wonderful. The professors are all caring, supportive, and helpful and really know their specialty. The content of the classes and internships are relevant and will give you a strong foundation for your career in social work. My experience in this program was one that I will never forget and one that I use in my work as an adult outpatient therapist everyday. My interactions with the college always went smoothly and it was more than worth it. I highly recommend this college's social work program and taking your degree to the next level."

"The Health Science program prepared me greatly for my graduate school education. The advisors in the program are excellent, and really care about their students and their success on a personal level. The curriculum is rigorous, but will prepare you well for what you will experience later in your graduate school or career."

"I am currently attending Springfield College and I am enrolled in the MSW weekend program. The program offers a generalist social work approach allowing students to gain an understanding in various aspects and populations. The program options are amazing and offers options for students with an understanding that people have lives and schedules and the program and school tried to be accommodating and understanding. The professors are skilled, knowledgeable, relatable, and bring such uniqueness and compassion to both the school and the program. Since I have applied to the school and program I have not had any regrets. I am so thankful to be apart of the school."

"Springfield College is a great, small private college that prides it faculty and staff on educating the whole person in spirit mind and body through leadership and service to others. I have enjoyed the past four years of undergraduate school at Springfield College because it has surpassed my needs academically, athletically and socially. As a division three school Springfield College encourages student athletes to excel on and off the field, show leadership, commitment, teamwork and good sportsmanship. Student can become involved on campus through different clubs, programs, and leadership opportunities. Springfield has allowed me to be successful because I can be a student athlete and pursue my other interests. I have improved my leadership through the leadership summit and the student athletic leadership team and have spread my horizons with a variety of general education class to take freshman year, work or volunteer opportunities and activities on campus like intramural sports."

"Springfield College is a great, small, private school that prides itself on developing the whole person in spirit, mind and body through leadership and service to others. There are many rigorous and rewarding programs to major in including athletic training, occupational therapy, physical therapy, physical education and physician assistant. Even if you are majoring in something else, Springfield College offers many diverse clubs, activities and programs for students to be involved in on campus. As a division three school, Springfield College also prides itself on having student athletes with good character, commitment to school and the sport, teamwork, leadership and good sportsmanship. As a student athlete in the occupational therapy program and a member of the soccer team, I was able to balance my heavy academic load while pursuing my other interests such as soccer, intramural sports, becoming a technical assistant for the visual and performing arts program and leadership programs such as the student athletic leadership team and leadership summit. I have loved my four years of undergraduate school because Springfield College was the perfect fit for me athletically, socially and academically."

"I found the Springfield College School of Social Work to be very thorough and helpful. I was able to obtain my MSW by doing my studies full-time for one calendar year, and I was able to get into their Advanced Standing program. This program allowed me to count some of BSW-level courses toward my MSW. It saved me time and money. There were small classrooms and luckily there were a couple professors who had an interest in Gerentology, which is the field I enjoyed."

"Springfield College has a strong, positive reputation in the exercise science and physiology world. Specifically, the Springfield College Exercise Physiology department's reputation is well deserved, and was a contributing factor in my decision to complete a Master's Degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology. With professors who are well decorated and acknowledged for their research in the academic and clinical world, the foundation of physiological knowledge I received was unbeatable. Being surrounded by professors who were so involved in their own research both forced me to be academically independent, and exposed me to the realistic challenges that clinical research can bring. Two of the biggest challenges involve funding and staffing, and over the course of completing my master's thesis I was held up due to a lack of both. While the academics and clinical experiences this program provided set me up to be successful in the medical field, the lack of student funds and staff support I received while completing my mater's thesis was frustrating. However, as I am now about to begin a second master's degree in Physician Assistant studies, I am simply grateful for the clinical exposure and skills this program provided."
