My experience with St. Catherine University throughout the admission process was reassuring and supportive. In my past experiences with other admissions, they tend to be stressful and may make you have second thoughts. Contrarily, St. Catherine and the admissions advisor (Bradley) who assisted me made that experience the opposite! I always felt heard and supported. I rarely had questions that weren't already answered before I could ask. When I did, they never went unanswered. Even more, the process... Read More

I would literally only attend this school if you have a really good aid package, are a health sciences major, and do not care about the social aspects of college (like maybe you are a nontraditional student, maybe you are an introvert of have special health needs). Other than that, this school fails in every possible way. Their programs are underfunded, leaving students to pay an incomprehensible amount for a degree but all the classes are off sourced to low quality online universities through course... Read More

This is the first college that I have applied to that I have felt their purpose was to make sure their students succeeded. They have gone above and beyond when it came to communication which I love. They are always there to answer questions and be of help. Though this is only my first semester, I would absolutely recommend them to everyone.

I'm thrilled to have St. Catherine counselors working with me right away. When I first spoke with them to learn more about the careers they offer, to where I am now, I did not anticipate such a lovely staff to be there for me at every turn. Knowing that I have someone to consult with regarding my future gives me a genuine sense of confidence. The rest is up to me, I know, I must put in a lot of effort toward my goals in order to advance both personally and professionally. I appreciate the St. Catherine... Read More

The best part about the school is weekly checkins with my advisors. They help with the whole admissions process, transcripts, financial aid, and getting ready for going back to school. The school has plenty of resources like tutoring and payment plans the help as well.

Very academic but not practical. Not a supportive environment at all I wouldn't recommend it because you could have a bachelor's degree with just as much effort and expendure. A two year degree for the same cost as a four year degree somewhere else makes more sense to have a bachelor's. Don't put this much work and money into something that won't pay off.

This program is a joke. Save yourself the money and go to a different occupational therapy program. The OT program is the most expensive program on campus, yet they don't have even adequate facilities to teach their students, while the PT program gets an entire new floor of classrooms and equipment. The program also thinks it should be a full-time job and will switch class schedules without considering students have to work to afford the way too expensive program.

I am currently enrolled and have been planning this process for quite some time. I chose to switch schools several months ago after completing my prerequisites at a local college. During this transition, I had many questions but was provided with help from an admissions counselor Maggie Billhorn. She was exceptional. Even months away from starting classes, she checked in every week and kept me up to date on anything I needed or didn’t need to worry about! Now that I am finally into my classes, the... Read More

I have never been so disappointed in a group of educators. They do not advocate for their students. If anything goes wrong they are quick to throw their hands up and take the easy way out instead of protecting their students. Thankful for local certified instructors at fieldwork who taught me everything I know and ended up landing a very successful job. This experience haunts me and I’m so embarrassed to say I went to school here. Also very disappointed that this is a religious school but yet the... Read More

Jasmine was great to work with! I felt that I never really had to be worried about the process of applying and getting started at St. Kate's. I always enjoyed our weekly calls to check in and make sure we were still on track. I will say the last-minute change in the curriculum was somewhat frustrating, but I'm sure with rolling admissions there is never really a great time.

Before I applied into the OTA program, I was so stressed out because I didnt know if that major really fit me or if I needed to take additional classes to get into the OTA program. When Jasmine Faleatua called and talked to me more about the program, that's when I 100% wanted to get into the program. She called me once every week to make sure I have all my forms ready, and on top of my things. I appreciate all of her help and she made the registration so easy for me.

I’m a 34 year old Mother of two boys with a full time Federal job. My dream job is working with SPED children one on one. St Catherine’s made it possible for me to be able to go back to school. I was nervous at first but the staff went above and beyond to help me succeed. Jasmine F. was amazing and is one of the most helpful, knowledgeable, kind, creative, and supportive staff members I worked with. Dealing with Craig Carlson was a great 1st experience in dealing with your school. He was incredibly patient, helpful, prompt at returning my calls, answered all of my questions thoroughly. There is so much paperwork and it’s quite overwhelming and I assure you if Craig wasn’t so outstanding, my comments would be very different.

James Warren was such an amazing mentor in my registration process. I have never felt that I mattered more because of how much attention he pays to his students. He makes sure you succeed in anything you needed and he would keep you in track of everything you needed done.I just can't put into words how amazing this guy is and I've never met the guy, it was just how he treated me as an individual and a student of St.catherines that makes me feel this way.
