"Started 5/15 at the NYC campus on 14th st. Horrible experience at least. Instructor quit after 2 weeks. Was replaced by 3 instructors rhe next 4. The sub who replaced the remaining 3 mods only yelled and screamed .Demanded we do voluntary work at her low budget catering company during school hours, to help serve food!! Lipstick commercial Equipment you can get at the 99cent store. Not enough ingredients to complete meals. MADE CLASS CLEAN MAJORITY OF TIME(GREASE TRAPS, GARBAGE,Dishes and pots ) 8 students dropped out.Only one made it to externship and they can't measure. Do not waste your time or money. Chef Margot and caterer Kris can care less about you!!"

"Despite having excellent instructors, I cannot recommend this school. My impression is that the campus administreation understands and supports the medical career portion of the school. However, the seem to have a complete lack of understanding of the culinary curriculum. I have been attending for less than a year and have already seen the coming and going of two Culinary Department Chairs. Also, there are approximately one dozen Chef Instructors, half of which have given notice or are talking about it."
