"This school is terrible! I can't say that enough. I feel cheated! They put me in a degree program. Then changed it after I took 5 classes starting they did a mistake. After all this they claimed they were getting financial aid but handed me Bill for over $10k."

"Nice people to work with but I have found that the degree is not respected in the workplace, mostly because it is open admission. Better to start at a community college for free, then transfer to a traditional four-year college to finish. Do not recommend."

"Strayer has truly set me up for success! The professors are hands on and for an online student like myself that is crucial. Blackboard has been so easy to navigate through and the best part about the coursework is that I can apply it to real life situations. I have grown so much, and have been able to maintain a 4.0 GPA by utilizing the tutoring services online and reaching out to my professors for any additional help! I truly recommend Strayer to everyone I know, I am a proud Strayer Student"

"Strayer has been a real blessing for me. I say that because the coursework (online) has a flow that keeps you learning in a way that isn't hard to understand. Strayer employs professors that are passionate about what they teach and they have always been helpful. I started going back to school to earn my Associates degree, here I am 5 years later and now I am working on my Masters! As a mom and business owner, Strayer has been the school of choice due to their structure which gives me the ability to balance work and life. I recommend Strayer to anyone looking to pursue a degree."

"School has been life changing for me I waited for all my kids to complete school to start. I am now in Honors courses. Most of the professors are very hands on and do not hesitate to help. And they offer online tutoring when you don’t understand. Never be afraid to reach out to them. I still have professors from my first quarter still checking in on me and my progress."

"I've loved my experience at Strayer. The tuition threshold can be challenging but their graduation fund can help offset that dilemma. The teachers are all willing to help you achieve success in their class. I also loved the convenience of online classes."

"I was in the process of the application process and thought that everything would be easy but then my adviser stopped calling and emailing me so I decided to attend the university of Phoenix. Later to figure out that they charged me for the laptop I DIDNT receive and the classes I DIDNT TAKE. dont go here or apply"

"The school is horrible I tried for months to get the paperwork for my financial aid fixed but no one could help me. It was like no one knew who I was supposed to talk to everyone told me to talk to everyone else. I would go to the campus physically whenever I could I tried for months. The financial aid messed up my paperwork which caused me to miss the deadline and I had a payment of over $3ooo. We were supposed to have a "payment arrangement" since I am disabled and have no other source of income. I have no idea how you take the entire school refund which is about $1500 and leave me with about $50? I would not recommend going here I am currently looking to transfer. Good luck."

"I am not happy with this school. Since I started in January 2019, it's been an up-hill battle with their verification process. The school wants me to amend my taxes for 2016 to better suit their needs and it's not the truth. I have spoken to my tax person, and he has said there is no need to amend your taxes because I was within my legal rights to file head of household. Furthermore, I have contacted my Success Couch, for the last three days, and he still has not returned my calls."

"I started the process in May 2018 for Summer classes. Everything was fine at first. I was due a disbursement August 8th only to find out August 6th that my High school transcript doesn't show graduation date. Strayer received my Pell grant then charged me for my classes. My transcript DOES state I graduated. I talked to many people and still no progress. I will NOT enroll after this semester"

"I began attending Strayer in Spring 2018. Immediately I was being told by the financial aid department that I was selected by the Department of Education to be reviewed for verification. I called the department of education and was informed I was not selected by them for no reasons and my financial packet had been sent to Strayer. I then called the school and once confronted, they released my disbursement. I forgave them and enrolled for the next semester which is the Summer 2018. They did the same thing again!!!! They stated that I was flagged by the department of Education to be reviewed again. Once again, I called the department of education and they said AGAIN, they did not flag me. Strayer has been a big disappointment to me and was the worst decision I made when it comes to my higher education. If I could have gave them a minus star, I would have!!! Don't trust this school!!!"

"Run from this place as fast as you can. Been dealing with financial aid since April still no luck. I'm so frustrated with this place. They requested documents over and over again the same exact information. I'm looking for a number to file a complaint ASAP."

"Run as fast as you can away from this school. You can never get in touch with your success coach. No returned phone calls. The financial aid department is by far the worst ever. When you first enroll financial aid is smooth thats just to get you in and then hit you with major financial aid problems. Ive been trying to get my financial aid solved since April and week after week their constantly requesting the EXACT same verification forms. Begged one rep to not move my documents around that it would only restart my process he did exactly what I asked him not to do. This school is a rip-off and Im transferring ASAP. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS HELL HOLE."

"Worse school for Financial aid services. first time at this school started April 2nd. I'm in the last week of school and still having to send over documents for financial aid. This is a like a scam, I have never attended a school where they want you to change your taxes from 2015. Mind you I attended a local college in 2016-2017 and completed the program with financial aid with no problem. Came to this school and it has been one thing after another with financial aid. And my taxes were done by a professional tax service with an accountant. Please please please stay away from this school. I am in the process of trying to find a school where I can complete my education."

"There is so much turn over in this school. My guidance counselor changes 4 times, financial aid person 3 times, I've had 4 Dean's., 4 success coaches.... In two years. They are like car salesman. They do and say any thing to get you in the door and then you can't even get a return call. My veteran benefit was screwed up so bad because of incompetents and so was my financial aid. They don't care about wounded veterans ADA accommodations. The voc. Rehab counselor advised against going there but I didn't listen."

"This is my first semester with Strayer and the last one. I have had the worst experience with Strayer. The financial aid department is the worst that I have ever seen. Why allow a student to start classes and not have them approved for financial aid. Instead you say that they are going to get you approved and allow you to start taking classes and then make several excuses as to documents that you need and then when you turn them in they find something else you need. I have been going through this with them since beginning of June 2017. So now I have to pay out of pocket for something that should have been paid for by financial aid. I have already enrolled in another school. I would not recommend this school to anyone unless you have the money to pay out of pocket and even if you did I would pick a better school. The staff is the worst and very unprofessional and rude and not helpful at all, even the Dean!"

"Please before enrolling into this school be sure that all of your financial documents are completed. They are the f****** worst. They are rude apologizing for nothing making you wait seven to ten business days for nothing!!!!!!!!!!!! I wish I never would have choose this school the instructors were not my problem it is the student financial services. I feel no student should be allowed to begin courses until their financial aid has cleared. Is this even a real place to receive a degree I wonder even. After I am finished with this summer term I will not return and I will not recommend this university to anyone."
