"USELESS Degree, and to top it off, they are losing accreditation or something like that. If you haven't graduated, find a new school! When applying I was told I could even apply to positions while in the program as many institutions hire people pursing masters degrees. That was a complete lie, no employer even had the decency to tell me they weren't interested, they just never replied. I even applied with STRAYER, even they WOULD NOT hire me! ARE YOU SERIOUS? and now that their program is not going to be accredited, I fear NO ONE WILL EVER hire me with this degree. OH and every complain you hear about success coaches, financial aid...it is all true based on my experience. I had soooo much trouble trying to reach ANYONE! Once I was enrolled, I was practically ignored. Thanks to other students posting in the student commons, I was able to figure stuff out. It was NOT BECAUSE of the school! DO YOUR RESEARCH!"

"The school is great and is designed for students that juggle multiple commitments outside of the classroom. If you are looking for a diploma mill or some other "easy" online school of which to collect a refund check, look elsewhere. The instructors are quite strict on plagiarism and will easily weed out students who are not serious contenders for their degrees. As far as financial aid is concerned, the school does a fair job at trying to contact students. If they send you an email detailing that documentation is needed for review--why continue to ignore it? In my experience, they have handled all matters professionally and expediently. I would recommend this school to anyone who is looking for a decently priced graduate degree and cannot afford to attend a traditional school, which seems to be the majority of their graduate student base; additionally, students who are established in careers and are looking for advancement will find the school a prime pick. The course rigor here is on par with our graduate programs of similar nature, but without TAs as instructors. All of the faculty has been supremely qualified."

"I graduated from Strayer University in 2008 with my Master of Education degree! My experience at Strayer prepared me for the career opportunities in my field. The professors were very knowledgeable and I appreciated the fact that they were industry professionals and they brought that knowledge into the classroom. The support staff was also helpful with financial aid, book, and academic support. I received a high quality education at Strayer that has prepared me for my future. I highly, highly recommend this great university!"
